The chorus layer created by Jacob on the Yamaha Transacoustic Piano brings forth a depth and richness distinct from that of an acoustic piano.
It's truly enchanting and powerful, defying simple description.
As the song progresses beyond 3:30, gradually building up to its climax, my emotions soar.
I'm deeply moved, nearly teary-eyed, marveling at such beautiful sounds and vibes.
All of Jacob's videos are fantastic, no doubt!
However, in this particular video, I felt it vividly portrayed Jacob's dedication and love for music.
The composer of this song, Ryuichi Sakamoto, who is one of Jacob's favorite musicians, passed away on March 28, 2023.
Surely, he would be glad knowing Jacob is carrying on his musical legacy.
May Ryuichi's beautiful and powerful soul rest in peace.

原曲は荘厳で、ともすれば冷たく重くなりそうですが、この演奏では、暖かさが増しているようです。bravo!

Jacob, I am curious as to your reasons in choosing the perform this piece on the upright instead of the grand beside it?
The upright is a transacoustic piano and I wanted the chorus layer added to the acoustic piano.
