I really liked the video, especially that the fights were sped up instead of cut so I could see everything what was going on.
You've got the best Ark content. you are careful to explain the small details and have a real fun approach to the game.
Could have been worst, imagine only having the audio with no footage and having to mime the whole thing. Voice overs aren't so bad all things considered!
Tbh now i kind of wished this was the case, would have been hilarious to see 😂

Love all your ark videos, voice over or not. I've learnt so much from watching them over the years. I can't wait to play that map on PS4. Just wish I could ascend the island without losing my character repeatedly. Damn game, I wanted to play it through from one map to the next as it was intended but nope, Ark said not going to happen 😔. I love their new content but I wish they would fix the bugs first. Anyway, loving the series. Can't wait to see you beat the other boss fights. You make it look so easy ( I know it's not but you always seem so calm during the fights. )
Hey man. I’m actually just getting into the boss fights myself on pc.
I’m playing on the island and was just thinking far off in the future, and was debating trying the tek cave before moving over to scorched earth (I’ve never played any other map but have them all).
I also only do single player.
If I do the tek cave do I lose my character? I’m assuming that’s where you “ascend”
Do you lose your dinos on the map in that case or just the character?

Love your videos! Random question, but any chance you would do a video on best Genesis tames in the Guardian boss fights? I feel like in some instances getting tames in Genesis can be easier. Trying to figure out if there would be a better Genesis tame in the dragon fight...?
Maybe a magmasaur might be a good option with its projectiles they do decent dmg and have a crazy range if they are allowed in of course
Wonder if Spinos would be good because of the rivers and waterfalls because the damage buff they get?

I don't think he said but i have heard 25k health 1k melee damage is recommended.
I would have liked the sped up footage to be a tad slower to make it easier to follow, but it was nice to see how to tackle this boss.
I'm bringing my velo for shooting or reaper. Would the tail whip make her land?
Question. Would a Rock golem work better than a poop cow? Cause don't they take reduced damage from wyverns?
No, rock golems can't enter the boss arena because of the drag weight limit. But I wonder if a reaper's web attack that knocks wyverns out of the air could be used to ground the queen.

Hey phlinger phoo I would like to ask how do we get tekgrams ?
So I was considering, what about a blood wyvern army? Get them life stealing so they survive longer and they can attack the queen while airborne
The dragon special attacks dont work on the queen or the same wyvern (ex. tropical wyvern cant special attack another tropical)
@@sxcculent yeahhh I found that one out. But they were all pretty bred like 20 atk and hp
We tried this, unfortunately, she didn’t come down much and the Rexes don’t move until she actually goes super close to land. Our wyverns also died pretty early, granted we probably should have done Gamma instead of Beta for our first ever boss fight
Are wyverns a distraction and cause her not to land?
why is it not surprising that phlinger advises bringing a mount that can fling poop at the boss? :P

What I do is whenever she lands I put everything on passive and take my tankiest dino to her left, when she aggros on that I take everything else closer to her right side so she’s only hitting the one dino
She is not dealing damage. Just rex rush it
