Good tip, bit tanks are “round” so at the bottom 1/2 of tank the gauge is not as accurate. Would be accurate with square tanks an sender u it at bottom of tank…🤔

A better understanding of how much gas you have is to reset Trip A or B every time you top off AND reset the MPG at the same time you fill up.
Knowing the capacity of the tank and the MPG average you had before filling up should be a good starting point to know. But once you've gone through 100 miles, you should have a good gauge on how much you really have left. Just multiply the fuel capacity and the avg mpg, minus the current Trip A or B and you'll know how many miles you have left.

Those tick marks are not equal to FULL TANK when you top off.
I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla, and FULL means 10 gallons even though the tank is 13.5 gallons.
