Aunty and ouncle love you all ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤it make me cry I miss my mom and dad in the kitchen to see you a couple so much happinessness making bara so beautifull
Bhougie and brother Bisham, for the first time trying this bara recipe, you have really done an award winning job! 🏆🏆 Those are really looking beautiful. The mango sour is perfectly done, and it's a match for some nice black pudding 😮😮. Without a doubt, I am without any hesitation to believe that the family will request this more often. BRAVO!! Have a great night 🌙 ❤❤💪💪👍🏽👍🏽🙏🙏💯💯🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🏆🏆🏆
Bougi that is not bara,in Trinidad 🇹🇹 that is called saheena. I know what I am talking about because my two brothers used to make bara and Chana and sell for a living. You don’t put baking powder in bara flour, only yeast..
@bhawanipoochoon4071 OH I didn't know that, but this is how they make it in Guyana. The name saheena is not used in Guyana. We called both of them Bara.🥰❤️ The ones they sell in the market is lighter. 😊
That is saheena.Bara is flour, salt, tumeric ,salt, garlic powder and geera powder. and yeast. Read Naparima Girls Cookbook for traditional bara recipie . This is misleading
@dulciejoseph3679 Research is a good idea. But remaining dumb is a choice ok. From Wikipedia:Vada, vadai, wada, bara, or bora is a category of savoury fried snacks native to India. Vadas can be described variously as fritters, cutlets, or dumplings.[7][8] Vadas are sometimes stuffed with vegetables and traditionally served with chutneys and sambar. No mention of saheena. Recipe:Vada may be made from legumes, sago or potatoes. Commonly used legumes include pigeon pea, chickpea, black gram and green gram. Vegetables and other ingredients are added to improve taste and nutritive value.[13] For legume-based vadas, the legumes (dal) are soaked with water, and then ground to a batter. The batter is then seasoned with other ingredients, such as cumin seeds, onion, curry leaves (sometimes previously sauteed), salt, chillies or black pepper grains. Often ginger and baking soda are added to the seasoning in shops to increase the fluffy texture and improve fermentation for large batches. The mixture is then shaped and deep-fried, resulting in vadas with a crispy skin and fluffy centre. Now the flour one is the cheap knock off for economical purposes.
@rebekahlopez4458 lol, but no, I don't want him to stop now. After 43 years together, he taught me so much by constructive criticizing me on the spot. And I him. He understands that this is how I learn. Trust me 43 years, and I will do it all over with him again. Our kids also admired him for that attitude and the way he teaches them. By always being frank and honest.☺️☺️ We have been together since we were kids.😁😁
