This video contains information on a diet to be taken by paralysis patients for fast recovery.

Paralysis is a condition in which it becomes unable for a patient to move their hand or legs. It usually occurs due to loss of muscle movement in the paralysis patient’s body. This occurs due to a brain stroke. This brain stroke makes a part of the brain dead. Therefore, paralysis patients are advised to work on the brain to restart their muscle movements. A paralysis patient needs to understand that along with medicines the patient needs to follow a proper diet plan. As diet is equally beneficial and essential in recovery. Hence, at SRIAAS, change the diet plan of our patients during our treatment.
A brain stroke can occur due to a brain clot or brain hemorrhage. In brain clot a lump is formed in the brain, which restricts the brain to do their normal function. While in brain hemorrhage, a nerve gets ruptured that affects brain function and muscle movement. Brain stroke causes damage to the brain cells. Though our brain has a new natural healing process known as neuroplasticity. But this neuroplasticity helps in recovery within the initial months of that injury only, as it stops or slowdowns after six months. We at SRIAAS, provides medicines that helps to activate neuroplasticity and further the patient regains muscle movement.
Deficiency of protein is unable for the body to heal the wounds or the injury. Therefore, we recommend our every paralysis patient to take a proper protein diet for fast recovery. Along with it, paralysis patient are advised to avoid oil and ghee and instead take a protein-rich diet. When the patient eats only bottle gourd, ridged gourd, and tinda, it causes weakness. Paralysis patients are advised to add milk, egg, pulses, and non-veg in their diet. Patient are also advised to have vitamin B12 and vitamin D rich diet. Paralysis patients can take vitamin B12 and vitamin D supplements. Patients are also advised to eat fish, chicken ,eggs as it contains high amount of vitamin B12 and vitamin D. It is also advised that every paralysis patient must go for a vitamin B12 test before consuming it. It is to be noted that all the paralysis patients who are getting treatment from SRIAAS must avoid sour fruits or vegetables.Along with it, patients can also take pulses, eggs, chapatis, and rice (patient with high sugar levels must avoid rice). Consumption of tomatoes are strictly prohibited during paralysis. We also advise patients to take tea and coffee, but they should must not consume them instantly before or after food.

Pls suggest diet plan for paralyzed patient who can't swallow the food.. Or take only liquid fluids by NG tube

@Babita Behera आप इसे सुबह भी पी सकते हैं, लेकिन ध्यान रखें, कि खाली पेट कभी ना पीएं। खाली पेट चाय पीना निजर्लीकरण का कारण बन सकती है। खासकर जब इसका सेवन 8-9 घंटे की नींद के बाद किया जाए तब शरीर में भोजन और पानी की मात्रा बिल्कुल नहीं होती। ऐसे में निर्जलीकरण मांसपेशियों में ऐंठन पैदा कर सकती है।
