A brain stroke is a condition in which blood supply to a part of the brain is interrupted or reduced, which further deprives brain tissue of oxygen and nutrients within minutes, resulting in dead brain cells. Moreover, when a person faces a brain clot or ischemic stroke, which affects the arteries, it becomes narrowed or blocked, which further causes the severely reduced blood flow in the brain as it is a brain that helps in muscle movement of a body. Due to this, the muscle movement of the body further stops, which results in paralysis. And dissolving this clot is the primary concern for every paralysis patient. Still, a patient must know that dissolving a clot cannot restart their muscle movement as it is essential to work on the muscles parallel Lee with the brain. And if a patient gets a good treatment within four hours of the stroke, they can prevent paralysis. And in any case, if the patient is unable to get the treatment within four hours, then this damage of the brain becomes permanent, and hence the paralysis also occurs.
To dissolve this clot, we usually give blood thinners to the paralysis patient. Taking blood thinners can dissolve the clot, but it is essential to work on the muscles. Our brain has a natural healing process which is called neuroplasticity which helps in growth and healing. When a patient suffers from a brain stroke, this neuroplasticity works with an initial six months of the paralysis, which further helps in the improvement in the patient. Still, after six months, this neuroplasticity stops, and therefore the improvement in the patient also stops. And after six months, even after the patient goes for physiotherapy, there is no improvement in the muscles. At SRIAAS, we provide treatment to activate neuroplasticity which helps in the progress of the brain. Working on the brain is the muscle movement that starts working as they are connected with the brain only. A person needs to understand that it is a brain that got damaged because of the stroke and due to damaged brain muscles stopped the movement. so a patient needs to work on their brain first to regain muscle movement.
Along with the medicines feel so provide exercise plan which helps to regain muscle movement as Legs is vital. Hence, we advise patients to walk as much as possible to regain their leg movement. The patient must walk. The patient can also take the help of an assistant or a caretaker to walk. Along with walking, we also provide a diet chart that a patient needs to follow his diet in another critical part of a treatment. Walking helps in the mobility of the legs, which further increases the chances of improvement. It is not only legs, but a patient must also work on their hands. To get mobility in the affected area, patients are advised to use their unaffected hand to assist the affected hand and perform the exercise recommended by our doctor's team.

Thank you sir soo much. Each n every word you said is true. My hubby does exactly what you said. He has no interest of doing any exercise nor dieting nor walking. N now some few days I hv found that his food consumption is become less. After 4-5 morsels he just keep staring at one place n saliva comes out of his mouth. The morsel remains in the mouth n he stops munching. He coughs while eating too much. N like drug addict falls on bed fast asleep.
