Love what you said about attitude and confidence - I used to feel so frumpy and not stylish - I think becoming a young adult, accepting my personality and what I love style-wise has completely changed the way I feel in clothes! Pinterest is also great I'm addicted to pinning outfits I love - I get inspired seasonally on there and will think about a few key pieces I want to invest in from there :)
A way that helps me is I take pictures from Tumblr and Instagram and I save them in folders on my phone. In the morning, I just go through those pictures and gather inspiration from those. Also, creating a playlist on TH-cam that is specifically for fashion helps too!

Great advice! I've actually get complimented at times. One time, this girl complimented me after 4 hours of seeing me at work. I said thank you and didn't think much about it until this one lady ( in her 40's )said she really don't like your shirt. Then she want on to say her and this other girl was talking about if she did like my shirt, why did she wait towards the end of the day to say something? I ignored this because I immediately thought what satisfaction could she possibly get from telling me this. It's negative. But this didn't affect me at all. I remain confident.

Great tips! I am very much into finding my style these days and I organised my wardrobe for the first time ever. I also created a style album in my phone to save pictures of outfits I like or find inspiring but I think the biggest obstacle I am facing is loving the skin I am in. I am rather uncomfortable with my weight and it shows but I am working on losing a few kilos and toning up.
Trying to figure out my style this past year has been a huge struggle for so many reasons. I realized this summer how much stuff I buy and actually never wear it because I feel like I have nothing that'll work with it (most items had prints, stripes, graphics etc). Which is when I tried to focus on buying more basic items that I could style up and pair with more things in my so called wardrobe. Also shoes are a huge struggle because my feet are huge (US 9/10 varying) and I'd love to wear more gym shoes but feel everything but chucks would be too big and clumpy looking on! Hoping these tips can help a bit!
