Thank you! These ideas you create for me to apply to my students. The fundamentals are so essential for beginners to learn scales to understand why they are playing the scale. As you have specified with all the special attention to the complete details and variations; it is possible a student may accomplish much more by playing a scale the way you have presented. Great Video Tatyana!
At Shabbat lunch today my Russian wife was saying how exceptional your song "When" is that I shared with her last week . Your program sets you apart from other artists.
I just want to thank you for taking the time to make these videos. I just found them and they are so helpful! I am now a lifetime fan of your playing!!
Thank You Tatyana, I enjoyed the left hand tribute to Sir Paul McCarthy in Michelle. I liked the visuals of The Stream very much. Hope to see more from you soon.
there are no words to tell you what you are amazing, gorgeous, wonderful. Thank you for all you give in your art for everybody in this critical world. Everytime that you hand your guitar is simply eonough to touch angels in the sky. Really thanks Tatyana.
I saw the video with the four of you :o Red one is my favorite ^_^ Your videos are very encouraging and give a lot of motivation. Thanks for sharing :)
Hello Tatyana, I am studying guitar since 7 years ago, I reached a good level, but the problem is that now i don't have a teacher because of some difficulties in Syria and my teachers has traveled and no longer here, so I want to ask how to know which new peace I should pick and play and what to focus in my technique of right and left hand, so I just want some advises that would be very helpful from a very experience person like you, Thank you :) :) :)
Hello, Tatyana! Congratulations on your marvelous work! I'd like to know what kind of exercises or stretches do you usually commit to in order to keep your hands healthy. I sometimes experience pain when I'm not careful with my practice and that's something that I'm constantly worried about. I'd really appreciate some advice to keep healthy and playing. Thanks in advance.
what types of guitars you are using for your video recordings and live recital s or concert? Please make another video show us your guitars collections and play some music on them.
Hi Lawrence, so you didn't watch the video till the end ;-) I have already answered on this question in this video. The answer you can find on: www.patreon.com/posts/new-episode-of-6536048
Thank you so much for those videos, it is very interesting. I have an other question : how do you practice your sound and how do you "attack" (I am not sure of the english for it) the string with your fingers ? I am having some harsh time trying to put more or less nail to have a better sound but sometimes I hear the nail too much, other times I do not hear it enough... Thanks :)
Tatyana, i have some question. When i played guitar not on the stages, i can play cleanly and can feel the message that i want to delivered to audience, but when i play on stages, somehow all of that disappear, especially when i played the second song (the first song somehow still good though). Can you give me some tips?
Great series Tatyana ive followed u for a long time now :3. Id like to ask you about what pieces you know that have distinct rhythmic propierties to study such as tempo modulation or irregular measures. Thank you very much and pd: Sorry for the grammar!!, i speak spanish much better :v
Hello Tatyana - I've been playing scales with rest strokes using the i and m fingers only. It's the way my classical guitar has taught me. The way you're playing the C Major scale, are you using free strokes or are they rest strokes?
Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule to respond to my question. I have never practiced playing scales using free strokes, mostly I have done them in rest strokes. I guess now I have this new technique to learn and practice. Oh by the way, I also bought a book on the Segovia scales that you mentioned in this video. Once again, thank you for your suggestions and also on the finger nail maintenance.
When you play "Michelle" Your playing into a mirror to give the effect that you are playing left handed like Paul McCartney. Am I correct? Thank you for your teachings...Steve

hey please play suite no 2 of Leo Brouwer :) you are awesome!
Thank you , Tatyana for the video. I wanted to ask you for the tab of the scales you played. I am new to scales and the frets you press are not clear in the video. hope to see your reply. Have a good day :)
Hi Islam, please search in Internet for scales by Andres Segovia. I played his C-major scale. I love them a lot and they are very good to practice. Please let me know, if you will not find anything.
Are you right handed or left handed when playing your guitar? I suspected the video recording was mirror image from your right handed playing. Am I right?? Tatyana..
hi Tatyana, Yes, I am right handed guitarist. You are very pretty and beautiful. Your playing also very beautiful too, I wish I can learn from your video and thanks for sharing your classical music. I hope you can play more Russian music and I find that not many guitarists record any CD or DVD. Hope you can make DVD about your biography and share your inspiration why you are interested or get into this profession.
Tatyana I would like to hear you play Recuerdos de la Alhambra! Have you a video of that? Or dont you play it? I bet you can play it with your eyes closed.....😆
Please Tatyana,If you can translate in Spanish? these clasess of guitar, more latins admire your arts, I hope to see you very soon, in Peruvian (Macchu Picchu,).
I fell in love, you're amazing, so sweet, so beautiful, so fabulous. I would like to know which countries you have already performed, and would come to Brazil, to do a tour?
Tatyana, why don't you go completely down? I think it is pretty useful to know the entire scale going down to E and back to C if you play in the key of C. It looks like you are showing just a part of the scale.
Can you close your eyes and play a beautiful piece of music without looking at your left or right hand??? I'd like to see that!!! I know you can, can you???
The video production is so amazing. Un Dia de Noviembre is a fav of mine you did, as well as the one with 4 Tatyana's that was fun to watch.
I play mainly electric guitar and I never thought about changing from position 2 to position 5 like you did in the first exercise, amazing! thank you!

Hi Tatyana, what kind of string are you using in your acoustic guitar normally?
bello talento, bella mujer!
Thank you so much for those videos, it is very interesting. Hello Tatyana! Thank you for the great video! May I ask - what type of strings do you prefer to play often ? Thank you!
what song did you play when compairing your guitars
Great series Tatyana ive followed u for a long time now :3. Id like to ask you about what pieces you know that have distinct rhythmic propierties to study such as tempo modulation or irregular measures. Thank you very much and pd: Sorry for the grammar!!, i speak spanish much better :v

Sorry, Islam, but I am not sure what it could be... maybe something for the right hand, but I am not a specialist at tabs :-)
thank you for this nice lesson
IF you come to Sweden i could play and sing some lovesong for you
Why didn't she play the C major scale with apoyando ? That's what Segovia said .

Are you right handed or left handed when playing your guitar? I suspected the video recording was mirror image from your right handed playing. Am I right?? Tatyana..

Tatyana I would like to hear you play Recuerdos de la Alhambra! Have you a video of that? Or dont you play it? I bet you can play it with your eyes closed.....😆
I'd like to hear her playing Recuerdos de la Alhambra, it's not a difficult piece, of course she can play it.
David Rodarte Not difficult? No, but not so easy too...but i bet she can play it very easy....im pretty sure.....
It's a very hard piece, don't act otherwise.
S. N. Tatayana plays pieces more difficult than that....right?
Andy, no matter how you look at it, 5 minutes of tremolo is tough.
Heia Tatayana
