Of course you can! That is a very good system :D
But keep in mind APB is not well optimized so you can see some freezes or lag spikes sometimes.

Its okay haha. I'm also upgrading my pc in a couple of months to a Rx 570 8GB, i5-2500 and 16gb ram so I might be playing apb alot more

Omg that is good! i5 2nd generation are great for gaming specially if you overclock it, and that RX is good too!
