Unless she clearly comes out and says that she cheated don't spread rumors, it would maybe be suspicious if she hadn't already said in a previous video that she has never cheated on anyone, of course she could be lying but since we don't know if she is, you cant really hate her for no reason

They said the one where you sit and push your partners legs down is easy but lmao they didn't even do it right. You have to push your partners legs hard so it makes them work harder to get them up. I know for a fact, I do it in soccer on the daily

These will help you build muscle mostly, if you want to lose fat do cardio, but i guess muscle burns fat so these workouts will help too
