Tatjana Novak - ”Story of one stolen Steinway Grand Piano” - "История украденного рояля Cтейнвей"

I found an old Grand Piano Steinway with amazing sound at the 30 years old theater with great acoustic! This Steinway was waiting for me in little Swedish town, Close to Gothenburg many years. Recently I read a very interesting book about Nazi vandalisation of culture. A lot of grand pianos were stolen and transported to different places. In this piece I created Piano Portrait of one of this Steinway grand pianos. Imagine that one Steinway from Kiev came to Germany and was waiting to be on stage many many years and now This Grand Piano is telling it’s story. Christer, sound technician in Mölnlycke in Sweden and camera man for this video helped me to create the story. Thank you, Christer!
