You can’t play confidence. You simply have to learn to love yourself and accept that how you are is how you are. Then defend that, and stand up for what you want and trust that it’s right. When it’s wrong, face the consequences of your actions with humility. Stop looking at tv and movie characters as templates for how you should be. That is the very opposite of confidence.

My nature isn't talkative and I have social anxiety but I fought it and joined the gym where I get more social anxiety, also I'm the thinnest guy ....but I fight it.

Your best video! Water in my opinion is the real challenge, always being surrounded by soft drinks or alcohol
Honestly, try doing a 75 day challenege of avoiding things other than water. Make sure your friends know youre doing it. That way, when theres temptation, they already know youve preset that you're not touching it. Then either take a couple days to chill, or go back on another challenge. Soon enough people will just know you as the guy who doesnt drink that shit.
Water drinking is like a form of fitness the more you become able to drink in a day the more effortless it becomes.
We were forced to drink 4 litres every day for years when I was young because of high level training.
I didn't know at the time but it was a blessing because to this day I drink 2 litres a day as a preference, WHY?
Because my "water drinking fitness" that benchmark was set at 4 Litres.
The body will adjust and then expect it.

I actually don't have problem with listening, but girls are nervous around me (they go silent), and I should talk more in that situations. By the way, for me, as a men, if she is too nervous, it is a turn off, but not too big turn off.
Agreed. How I got around that was by doing something when you’re exercising silence.
Examples: walking together at night, working out, watching a movie at a theatre, or group activities with friends. Or simply pet them. I choose to be charmingly silent when in groups, though. Don’t wanna throw off the vibe
When the girls go silent, I will wait 30-60 seconds if they’re uncomfortable, then I will ask a thought provoking question (if she’s dumb I’ll push a hot button and let them rant) and let the ominous look do it work.
For example, I asked my girl the other night after some silence “what do you see when you look at me” and it hit hard for the mood. Last night I asked “what would it realistically take take for this summer to be everything you wanted it to be?”

Confidence come from doing something and getting the desired results ..but you have to keep trying when you fail ..if you believe that you will find success through trading don't stop when you blow your acc but go back to the drawing board and learn then comeback for more ..keep getting up when you fvck it up ..eventually you'll get it and that's were the confidence will come from ..first you start and then you never stop
