Eternal blessing gives you a free active aura if you dont have any other auras that reserve mana. Keyword: mana. All my auras on the build reserve life, so eternal blessing = free aura.
I have a day 2 update coming out right now! Pretty tanky once everything is going, I've unfortunately been crashing a lot running ultimatum so I'm avoiding it for the time being. As for the league mechanic, I haven't died to it on my maps so far (maybe that changes!).
Uploaded the math with my new video but tldr is that new storm brand is like 80% more damage over the old one with no “real” downside. Took down 7/7 Ubers today on the day 2 gear as well. Edit: to clarify, it’s about 80% more damage on this exact Setup with a 20/20 gem.

Could you make a video/guide for leveling? With suggestion about how or when to roll into the energy blade setup, preferably
you dont have Blood Magic here and you dont have Eldritch Battery, but when you cast storm brand, it costs life instead of Mana. What am I missing?
I was using warlock early league for the blood magic -esque effect it gives with Sanguinemancy
how do you still get hp regen when you have zealots oath? to cast spells im a bit lost here.

Is the build tanky or glass cannon? Do you think it would be tanky enough for ultimatum or is it best for sanctum farming?

I would recommend playing guardian SrS till you get the basic gear pieces then respec
