One of my favourite things to do in places where I fish often is to put on a pair of goggles and swim around (assuming that it is safe to do so, and the water is clean). I find TONS of fishing lures, hooks, baits, etc. and get intel on where the drop-offs are, where the sunken logs and trees are, where the grass beds are, and just juicy places in general

As a Kayak fisherman, I find a lot of lures that people in boats can't retrieve. If they are real bad I sand paint and install new hooks, then fish them. It'a always nice to find new lures. Can you imagine the lures that you don't find that were lost?
I do the.same thing at my.local ponds and lakes every fall ..I once lost a whopper plopper and found it 1 yr later changed the hooks and lost it again immediately after finding it .lol

I've never caught a fish on it and I'm kind of scared to use it because it is my first lure ever and I have only been fishing for about two years mainly for bass and I love it lol but yeah. Nice vid, I love these lure finding ones alot especially this time of the year and I've only found just 1 lure out on the lake and it was a buzzbait, it was reusable and all I had to do was replace it's skirt
