What a saviour, Philips should sponsor you on this. Helped to resolve the issue. Thank you so much for posting this. 1 thing, had issue configuring WiFi with Manual pairing on 5GHz WiFi so did Smart Pairing with 2.4 GHz. Once done, you can switch back your wifi on mobile to 5G and the controls still work.

I had two battons, both were not working, after following your vedio i am able to fix both.
Big thanks to you, thanks for sharing such a detailed ved. Only one thing after entering in to pairing mode, i tried to add my batton via mannal mode in wiz app. Automatic was not working.

Thanks, but I just now fixed the tube and didn't want to take it out again. I should have paired it before installing.
Anyway, I just randomly switched on and off and it finally changed from yellow to white.
Now when it is in white, I switched off and on very quickly 5 times. Now the light was still white but still not pulsing.
But I was able to see the Wiz Wi-Fi hotspot now listed on my phone.
So then used manual pairing and went ahead with the setup.
After trying all the above for 4 times, finally got it to connect to my Wiz account. I have 4 Wiz devices and every time it is a headache to pair initially.
Now enjoying the quality of Philips light - easy on the eyes and good IoT product

It got connected
But after sometime it shows this light is unavailable
Do I have to repeat the whole surgical operation again?
Make sure by mistake you don't :
1) press tubelight on-off button faster 3times to reset tubelight
2) or remove/unpair bluetooth pairing settings from mobile
Otherwise, yes same surgical operation need to again go through 😂😂😁😁

Thank you, when nothing else worked after a day of frustration of turning on and off, this video helped saved my batten! I still don't understand who thought of turning on and off was a good design, thank you for creating this video. Wish there was a simple button that just triggered reset pin 🫡
