I never heard of this company, but I randomly bought a bite valve off Amazon. Now I am really intrigued to try some of their bladders and tubes. I love the innovation in a product that most people don't really think much about.
Being able to turn the bladder inside out without fighting it is excellent. I'll be getting one of these to test out. Looks good! I also like the one with the pump nozzle that gives you the benefit of a giegerrig without the giant footprint and silly hose.
I love this brand. Like I bought a bladder from them for hiking and motorcycling. I had an accident and got knocked off the bike and slid on my back with all my weight on the full bladder and it survived the slide, no burst, no leak, even though the backpack pretty much died. That was 3 years ago, its still going strong. Def buying that artic tube now.
@50 IDK man. Personally I don't see very much longevity in those bottles. I have Nalgene bottles that are almost two decades old. Not only that, Gatorade bottles don't cost 23 bucks, come filled with Gatorade and work (in my experience) just as well or better than most water bottles. I'd also like to see how they handle cuts or rips since there is a lot of that stuff on the trail.
But when they're empty you still have it banging around and getting caught on things..From a military perspective we went from canteens on our hips sloshing around, to camelbacks sloshing around on your back, to nalgene that went on a pouch on your lower back. It can be a pain in the ass with it gettting caught on things when your trying to climbs walls, enter houses, etc..Having something flexible is nice in those situations and especially when its empty it pretty much goes away..I like using both of what you mentioned but they dont offer that...And have you ever had to drink water out of a gatorade bottle in 140 F sun? It turns your water into bath water that tastes like plastic quick..This just offered something those other two didnt thats all.
I feel ya. I was thinking more from a hiking perspective than a military/combat perspective. Either way, I don't trust the sil nylon or ripstop they have on that collapsible bottle not to tear or rip. I have too many ruined tarps, groundcovers, rainflys etc. that just can't take being used where there are rips and snags. Personally I'll stick to one of my MSR hydration bags and just get a Gatorade on the way to the trail and use that bottle for the week or so I'm out there, but ya, it's nice and shady in the woods and I don't have to drink bathwater. Funny story, a friend of mine in the army came back from Kosovo years ago and told me how the locals would often steal anything not nailed down. Well he was an APC driver and he had used a Gatorade bottle to piss in while in the APC. When he got a chance to get out and dump the bottle, he had set it down somewhere. Well when he turned back around, the piss filled Gatorade bottle was gone. That and MREs with pork in them to Muslims always made me chuckle.
How do I dry out the squeeze bladder on the 'Trek Kit', (Hydrant Tube Kit)? Ive got the two grey end caps off and have it sitting in-front of a fan. But to get the inside dry, it seems like im gonna have to squeeze it a few hundred times.. unless those baffle thingys pop out? I didnt want to mess with those in fear of breaking them.. Great product. I recommend people who buy Seekers get the plug and play and all the attachments.. The Shower Nozzle and Hydrant tube are total game changers.
@@innerbarkoutdoors A simple way I figured out was, just break a q-tip in half (or something small/skinny) and use them to slightly pry open the baffles on each end to create a flow through. Sit it in front of a fan until dry. easy enough
I have the Hydrant Tube Kit Rinse, Spray, Drink and it's not exactly pressurized or easy to spray. Why aren't there any instructions on how to get this to work so it can be used to rinse things off with. Right now, I have to keep pumping the squeeze bulb which makes no sense.
Yessir! I can confirm it uses standard 1/4" ID tubing, and works with the Sawyer Mini or Squeeze. I've got the Sawyer Mini Gravity Kit and the HydraPak Propel 3L, and they work beautifully together - just plug and play. If you want to use inline, you'll may need to get the Sawyer Inline Adapter Kit, depending on how you want to hook it up.
I came here to find out how to operate the twist shut-off of the bite valve. When you got to that part you just faked it. I still don't know. It doesn't twist worth a darn.
Well, you got me as a new client, this solves some of my urgent problems outdoors.

It's one of those things that if it works really well, you don't notice it
She's good!! I like the sellers when they nail their products like she did instead of the hmm & hah! Good products too. Thanks!

Really like the reversible hydra pak and the ease of cleaning. Thanks for the videos.

Maybe pump dry air using a dry hydration bladder like a bagpipe? Hit up their customer support, I bet they know the best way.

Clever with the split-able baffle. Someone has obviously been spending a lot of time in the inventor's shed.

can we use the full force bladder with sawyer filter in line ???

Looks like some promising kit. I wonder if their warranty will replace my product if I test the claim of running it over with my truck?
