    This is very informative. I keep saying where the nutrition as part of this.
    How does the mitochondria health affect the cell after it is made.
    How does nutrition affect this immune system? Vit D, C, Zinc, etc.

    Sound quality is poor and skipping, which is a pity. Makes it a little difficult to focus on the content 100 percent.
    If the sound track could be repaired or replaced that would be super.

    Mam I have thyroid taking 62.5 mcg thyroxin since 2016.the dose has been raised from 50 to 62.5 mcg.can somhow I regain my fully functional thyroid gland.

    I have a question about the part that if "you take a pill and it strengthen the wrong group of defence you get autoimmune? I am against most pills if not all pills.I thought autoimmune disorders were caused by weakening or lacking of tolerance.? Thank you for all the wonderful lectures!

      If a group of immune cells is strengthened but does not have the appropriate tolerance to your own cells (ie autoimmune), then the cells that have been strengthened/ had their activity boosted will attack your own cells as well as any potential foreign invaders.
