Add this factor too, China have produce millions of engineers since their 1996 exchange programs. Last year 2023' US🇺🇸 universities handed over 1,000,000+ diplomas and guess what 120k were foreign Chinese, and 100k of it were Engineering Diplomas now mostly they are all back in China working in Government or Private sectors...
    ...World Top 2024' of STEM graduates;
    1. China🇨🇳 3.5m
    2. India🇮🇳 2.5m
    3. USA🇺🇸 800k

These issues are not unique to VW. Other German automakers, including BMW, Mercedes, and Stellantis, have also issued profit warnings, reflecting similar struggles. In contrast, US automakers have shown more resilience, with the US consumer on a stronger footing and having less reliance on Chinese demand.
The broader implications of these industry struggles are significant. Major job cuts in the auto sector could further weaken the German economy, and the drastic action from VW management highlights the scale of the challenge facing the sector.
VW’s current struggles are a microcosm of the broader issues facing the German economy. While the auto industry’s challenges are significant, they underscore deeper structural problems that will require substantial time and effort to address. Kasi ho yung percent of stem graduates na yun ang mag contribute para sa kabuuang population. Kaya maunlad ang US kasi konti lang population nila pero maraming skilled and tech savy sa kanila vs population. So lahat halos nag contribute.

Germany is facing a number of challenges that are contributing to its economic decline, including:
      Energy crisis
Germany's economy is struggling due to the war in Ukraine and the resulting disruptions to Russian natural gas imports. The country is also closing nuclear power plants and transitioning slowly to renewable energy.
      Geopolitical risks
Germany is facing geopolitical risks from the war in Ukraine, rising tensions in the Middle East, and the blockage of shipping in the Red Sea.
      Global turbulence
Germany's reliance on manufacturing and world trade has made it vulnerable to global turbulence, such as supply chain disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
      Domestic demand
Domestic demand is weak, with consumer sentiment declining and Germans saving more than they have since 2008.
      Export demand
Export demand is weak, with international institutions lowering their forecasts for the Chinese economy in 2024.
      Industrial price deflation
After inflation rises, Germany experiences industrial price deflation.
      Aging population
Germany's population is aging, which is a structural factor contributing to the country's economic decline.

German economic forecasts continue to point to growth remaining below potential which emphasises the need for Germany to reestablish its competitive edge on the world stage.
Baka di mo ito maintindihan ha
