I was a huge fan back in 2010ish, and had not listened to these guys in a while. I expected them to be tired and old at this point, but I'm completely floored. WTF. This is immense!
Primordial, under broad sunlight, becomes a paradox-a fusion of ancient and modern, sorrow and hope. Their instruments gleam, catching the sunlight like shards of forgotten myths. The fans, accustomed to dimly lit venues, squint and adjust. Some shield their eyes, others raise their hands to catch the warmth.
I love how Primordial stubbornly stick to unconventional patterns. Crowds are enthusiastic but confused, sadly sometimes not even interested. It's a shame because they've stopped playing 'Where Greater Men Have Fallen', in my opinion because, (I'm totally open to correction), it takes too long to get started, Anyway, I fckn love them, although they frustrate me.
You're wrong! I saw Primordial a few years ago. Afterwards we went to a nearby park, where we saw Alan Averill again, not far away. He was surrounded by 5 or 6 beatiful ladies, who tried to catch his attention. After a while he left with his chosen one in his arm.
These lads just get better and better, and the sound and the mixing on this is just mind blowing..

...No Grave Deep Enough ... 😛
Auf einem Rockfesival sind diese heavy metal dudes ähnlich fehlplatziert wie Scorpions in Wacken😢
