In this video, I'll be discussing the various "special" modules that the game doesn't tell the player anything about, modules such as the Infinity Stone, and the Cloaking System. I'll be telling you what they do, and how to properly utilize them on your ships. So ladies and gentlemen, sit back, relax, take some notes, and enjoy the video!

Yeah lmao, Mine Thrower is the only weapon that can do friendly fire, it's a double-edged sword if you will

10:10 the repair bot in the newer version can be repaired back, basically you just need to wait few minutes then the repair bot Will be repaired and you can use it again.
6:36 the infinit stone can be found in lvl 14-3 which can 100% can be dropped by a ship that is bigger than others and most of the players actually have it

you forgot a couple, one being the quantum detonator, which i thought was broken when i first tried it, because i blew up. turned out, thats what it does. if you put it on a ship piloted by a merc who has the ability to drop loot when ded tho, its a benefit. use at your own risk. lol

Using Detonator + Infinity Stone is very powerful combine module in the game
yeah it really is op
i usually use pulsar m2 to fry crowds of enemies
however detonator is just killing them instantly

Even the stealth field isn't that good
I found them a great use for my Drone frigate replacing its teleportation into a lethal sneak and electrocute ship.
My plane engine focuses on speed and attack, Accuracy problems I take care of with expertise, the ship lacks a little before complete 5 maybe
If you have a Targeting Unit, it's advisable for you to use one so you don't have to actively aim/align your ship to hit the enemy, all you need is one Targeting Unit on a weapon barrel.

Thanks I thought the cloaking system was just a trashier stealth field. Still not sold on the infinity stone since it takes up so much space. Would rather have more inertia stabilizers and go faster lol

Would you review tips about different special module like braking system which can be used by carrier ships or ships with big enough range that they don't need to go to the enemy?
Most "special" modules are already self-explanatory, this video covers the ones that aren't obvious. As for ship review, that will take me ages to cover different ship builds, so I think not.
However, there are some important things to note that's pretty basic:
• Range - 200 units is enough to cover the entire map.
• Drone Range - +396% boost is enough to cover the entire map, ~+1000% to reach enemy Starbase in Arena.
• Drone Speed - +396% boost is good enough for S1 drones.
• Drone Bay - best ones are gold quality -50% energy cost. Less energy cost, allows more drone boosts to be installed.
• Carriers can still work even with negative energy (considering they have enough energy capacity to deploy all drones first).
These and more build details, it's best if you join the EH discord server, so you can get more tips, build recommendations, and build ideas.

@@Thebloonsolver they are quite useless generally, they have some use in Arena, but usually not worth it due to the high energy cost. Most use you can get out of them is at Duels, for example, the Harbour duel - you can use Drone Camouflage there.

Farm Contagion levels - where there are Slime, and Covid-6019 ships. You can also get them from the merchant just the same.

First of all, that is very impressive, I admire the dedication and effort you have put into the game. Now to answer your question, the game can physically handle up to Level 2000, approximately. Higher than that, the starmap breaks and you won't be able to select further levels.

Can someone please tell me how to use repair rays
You need at least 1 impact armor, any kind, no need if you have passive kinetic resistance. Then speed. Going forward while using the Repair Ray will heal your own ship.

It does exactly what it the name says, your ship will slow down to a stop.
Ohhh I get what it does now when you don't have it you will just drift into the vast emptiness of space but if you do you will just brake

2 Small Pulse Cannon M2s or a 2x2 Laser Beam

update : now its 150% with high energy focus M2

At higher levels, or you can just buy one from the Merchant.

@@DwifaRezaNugraha You'll just get one as loot at some point, just keep going forward on higher levels, you could also try to find it on Survivals.

Can only be installed in green slots, and non-capital ships.

Craft them later into the game or buy more Scout ships, Scouts come with a Targetting Unit by default

@@zphyrum3301 ah, Frontier, I thought it was RPG, sorry. Unfortunately you just have to progress further, they can be dropped as loot later on.
@@ismollcheeken question i just unlock worm from a daily mission and bug from one of the stages which is the best way to farm money for worm and what weapon should i use on bug since im currently using full small pulse cannon m2 with damage upgrade and what does tractor beam do?
It all depends on what you currently have. Ideally, Heavy Lightning Cannon is best for Wormship, for bug, Pulsar is a good weapon.

the devs neglected the shit outta the pc version of EHF and it shows, we dont even have the ability to upgrade any of the modules or weapons or even armors and such
Yes, that is unfortunate, though Event Horizon RPG has been declared Open Source, so we can expect the developer to focus on EHF now. Only time will tell.

You have to hold the button down, and it can be destroyed, if the button has a red outline around it - that means the bot is destroyed.

In terms of early game, a 1x1 Small Fusion Drive would be the most essential for ship maneuverability, it's balanced acceleration rate and turn rate makes it an easy 10/10.
The 1x1 Small Nuclear Drive also competes good with the Small Fusion Drive, giving your ship 0.5 acceleration rate, and 2 turn rate, making it a great engine for increasing ship agility. Another 10/10.
For mid-game to late game, it is highly advisable for ship engines to transition over to using the 2x1 and 2x2 variants whenever they can. At this point, acceleration speed falls slightly in effectiveness as this is the stage where things can get really messy, so in my opinion, engines that gives better turn rate for ships are slightly more favorable than engines that focuses on acceleration. So I rate the 2x1 and 2x2 Fusion Drives an 8/10, and the 2x1 and 2x2 Nuclear Drives a 9/10.
Lastly, the Titan Drive, the best engine of them all, highly recommended to use on all ships that can fit it, a crucial engine for capital ships, and with a balanced increase in acceleration rate and turn rate. An absolute 10/10!

Edit: 1 would only give a 0.6 speed without any weight
@@A_Pipe_Made_Of_Metal it's not about speed, it's about the turn rate it gives, it has 50% less speed increase than the Small Fusion Drive, but gives 100% more turn speed. If you have a decent enough acceleration speed, then a superior turn rate will make your ship more agile, though it's situational, it's still quite significant in the early game.

@@ismollcheeken well I updated and I have to admit, the game kinda got way worse. Nothing new was added content-wise, a ton of just random changes were made to the UI (including making it god awful and horrible to see) and a ton of stuff just got flipped for no reason (in ship edit menu, engineer menu, merchant menu, smuggler menu, essentially anything that had a sidebar had it flipped to the right)
I did try to make a backup of the game before I updated, just in case maybe I had a version that was considered very old or rare, and I hope I can maybe get the old version back. I think since there was nothing new added in terms of content, and that I most likely won't be having any issues running the old one, it's probably a no-brainer to downgrade in my case.

Your ship is not simetric
Doesn't have to be, you have to utilize each and every space on your ships effectively to make the best out of your ship, the first step is giving up on symmetrical builds in order to fit most of the powerful modules.
