Loved your figtopia in todays video . I grow only one green variety that looks like yours . They blow up and double in size in their last day they turn ripe . Something triple in size . The bottom hole is where fig wasps enter to lay eggs . Part of the cycle of reproducing

Nice fig collection. I have a few Unknowns and a White Adriatic. We ate our WA last month. I picked two from an Unkown purple variety the other day. They were honey-sweet. The rest of my fig trees are still small.

Ok.. I've been waiting for our figs to rippe. Don't know the variety it can say they are very red coloured on the inside.. so sweet. The other thing is I've never eaten them with skin on.. I wonder if it altered the taste
