#5. You did NOT cause that accident. Don’t let pathetic bikers blame you for all their problems when they can’t, for unknown reasons, slow in line with traffic ahead.
Bikers must overtake pesky cars at every opportunity. It’s the law (of Darwin).
@@throwaway-ld3th if she kept driving like she should have then the Audi wouldn’t have tried to exit the junction… also the biker was clearly in the right-turn lane and had priority to keep driving 👍🏻

@@unclesnakehips6810 … there’s traffic in front of her. You’re saying she should carry on and maybe even rear end someone ahead JUST because motorbikers can’t use their sense?
Are you lot stupid or what? The motorcyclist was in a right turn lane, so did absolutely nothing wrong. How the hell did any of you get a licence?
#5,, sorry to see the motorcyclist do his best superman impression there and we hope he landed sunny side up, but if you ride a bike and your in the position he's in and see a break in the traffic there is usually a reason there is a break in the traffic,, eg it might have stopped so he should have slowed down and proceeded with caution ⚠️,,unfortunately he didn't and he learnt the hard way. Oh well better luck to him next time.

Not the car's fault, just the driver.
Or "audiot".....
Only it's the camer's fault the whole situation occurred, not the Audi driver!
Imagine being told by an Audi driver, that you driving very well.😅
2:23 100% on the motorbiker - why even be on the wrong side of the road in first place, that's literally asking for either a head-on at worse, or a side swipe at best
He wasn't on the wrong side of the road. He was in a right turn only lane so insurance will put blame on emerging car. Biker should have been paying more attention to the junction on the left though, especially because the traffic stopped leaving a gap. That was a sign to be careful.
@@lloydy1312Crazy isn't it, that the car will likely get blamed even though they had no hope of seeing the motorcyclist at that speed. Personally I thought 'filtering' wasn't allowed on single carriageway roads, meaning it's actually overtaking not filtering, and thus meaning he shouldn't have overtaken in a turning lane.
@@dgard1981 Maybe he was planning on turning right. Car could easily have spotted him if they creeped and peeped. But they saw a gap and went without thinking about or checking the other lane. Biker should have seen it coming due to the gap in traffic at the junction, but wasn't speeding. So it's not crazy that the car will likely be blamed. Of course filtering is allowed on single carriageway roads, It's UK not the USA.
@@lloydy1312 the motorcycle was unlikely to be turning right at that speed, and speeding or not, they were travelling too fast considering the traffic around them.
I may be wrong about filtering on a single carriageway (will link my source if I find it), but one thing for sure is that the Highway Code says to only filter when it is safe to do so, and it's pretty obvious that it's not safe in those circumstances.
Yes the car pulled out, but they have to go at some point, and they pulled out slowly. If the motorcycle was being ridden with consideration of the surroundings (i.e. queuing traffic) it would have been a non-event. I hope they were OK, but at the end of the day it was an accident and both parties contributed to it.
@@AndrewWhite-fu7bn I only let drivers out like this while watching my mirrors to make sure it's clear for them. If I see something I honk and hold a hand up to warn them of the danger.
Remember that when driving an Audi, indicators & road sense comes as an optional extra. 😅
And insurance!
2:02 you think you're being nice, but in fact you are being dangerous. Granted that motorcyclist should not have passed you, but you are partly to blame. DON'T stop and let people out like this!

You can see that Audi is looking left as she pulls forward right into that bike. It's 100% fault of the Audi. However it does highlight how you have to watch for those gaps and junctions.
It's far better to be predictable then polite.

People who stop on main roads or brake on motorways to let people join the slip road are just poor drivers that will cause accidents
2:00 exactly y I dont let people out. Causes congestion and accidents. Right of way is right of way for a reason. A gap will come eventually
One reason u dont overtake at junctions.
That was the motorbikes fault sorry we all no never accelerate in situations like that your speeding around a stationary car u no something could pull out
Difficult to fault the car driver in that. The emerge was cautious and slow and, as far as I can see, attempted to make sure it was safe to emerge.
It was absolutely the motorcyclist's fault, terrible awareness of what's going on in front of her. But this is a classic example of why you should never stop and let people out of junctions. Just don't do it. It causes havoc. Do what the Highway Code says you're supposed to do and all will be fine.
Assume you're talking about 2:00? There are 2 lanes, motorbike could've been turning right... cammer's fault for stopping like that thinking they're doing the driver emerging from the junction a favour when all they're doing is making them think they have to go whilst blocking their view of the traffic behind
@@PhilUKRock How is it "absolutely the motorcyclist's fault"? Play it back, they're a learner and in the lane for turning right, they have 100% right of way, it's the cammer's stupid fault followed by the emerging driver for going when her view of the right-turn lane is obstructed

That little child, is not at risk of the parenting. The risk to life comes from the driver who accelerates, ignoring the new laws governing the crossing of junctions by pedestrians. You, dummy, HAVE to allow the pedestrians to cross at junctions. You have a criminal's mind. Put YOUR picture, and reg number up next time, for certainly there will be a next time for such a myopic driver, who must not be stopped by anything as minor as THE LAW.
