Please get your facts straight. There is less difference between BE and BTech than you're presenting. In BE as well proper engineering is taught - the application of concepts taught, optimizing the solution, etc. as you've told about in BTech. Don't forget that BE is an engineering course after all. It has to be application oriented, with the same number of labs. Multiple internships are also a *compulsory* part of the BE curriculum where I study. In IITs, such internships are not mandatory even though they give BTech degrees. Source - I'm a BE CS Student from BITS Pilani.

Dear Sir, You explained the difference between B.E and B.Tech which is same in India because the council of Technical education is protecting their rights of technologist I have done B.Tech (Hons) in electrical Specialization in Advance electronics from NED University of Engg & Technology Karachi Pakistan. Unfortunately Engg council of BE not accepting the rights of B.Tech students and here is no any council for technical education. When recognize our rights by Higher education commission The said council crests hindrrences before B.tech students . M.imran alam Karachi Pakistan
Bcz in Pakistan btech is not accredited by pec, if it is accredited then like in india both btec and engr eligible criteria will same and also entrance test then mostly students who are/ were doing btech will not eligible to do btech and some engr student are doing this ..currently in Pak btech criteria is low that's why you guyzz did it.
