    మీరు పని చేసేది,సంపాదించేది బాగా జీవించడానికే..అంతే గానీ, ఒత్తిడితో మిమ్మల్ని మీరు హింసించుకోవడానికి కాదు.!
    మిమ్మల్ని యాతనకు గురిచేస్తోంది మీ బిజీ షెడ్యూల్ కాదు.. అసలు విషయం ఏమిటంటే... మీరు కేవలం మీ ఆలోచనా, భావోద్వేగాలలో ఊపిరిసలపనంతగా మునిగిపోవడమే మూల కారణం.!
    సహజంగా,ఏ పని ఒత్తిడిని కలిగించదు. మీ శరీరం,మనస్సు భావోద్వేగాలను మీరు సరిగ్గా నియంత్రించుకోలేక పోవడమే ఒత్తిడిని కలిగిస్తుంది.!
    బయటి పరిస్థితులు మీకు శారీరకమైన నొప్పిని మాత్రమే కలుగ జేయగలుగుతాయి. కానీ బాధ మాత్రం మీ మానసిక సృష్టే.!
