For the BCP BL-6L-I06 you demonstrate the produce with a quick change and state that it comes in 1/4" square drive. Does that mean the quick change is an adaptation or an adapter placed on the square drive?
All pistol grip models have a 1/4" female hexagon drive that is compatible with bits that have a quick change chuck. The BCV right angle models come with a male 1/4 or 3/8 inch square drive. Only the specific QC Hex 1/4" BCV model will support quick change bits. Hope this clears up any confusion!
There is no transducer in this tool, it has a clutch shut off mechanism. There is no way to obtain an OK-NOK signal from this clutch tool. I'd suggest a transducer tool such as one from the Power Focus family from Atlas Copco if you require tractability and quality control in your fastening process.
I'm not certain, but I believe it stands for "Battery Clutch Pistol grip". Atlas Copco uses different names for their tool families. The right angle nut runner version is called the BCV for instance.
How can I set the torque for bl45-10? With the speed control unit I can only set the speed.
See 1:27 in the video. You must slide the torque cover out of the way and adjust the spring pressure to change the torque output.
