  • Yes! It will work on the Aurora LITE. I don't have the proper locking "feet" for my GRIP yet, but I'll move it into place manually today and we'll engrave a stainless steel ring to demonstrate it. Hope it is helpful - Cheers!

That was awesome in more ways than one Gord. Really enjoyed learning than so much more can be done with Lasers in a Home surrounding. The sentiment really tugged on the heart strings too. Stay safe up there and you all keep up the fun too. Fred.

Hi Gord. You wasted no time in getting the rotary question answered-thank you so much. The ring turned out great. I appreciate so much how you delve into things and get them figured out and then share with us. You are an excellent teacher.

Gord: have been watching all of your videos for my new Thunder Bolt Plus which is my first laser. They are fantastic. One question: your video on the PiBurn with the Bolt had a pretty good calculation of the Steps per Rotation. That number was 8020. In this video, the number you use is 8220. I did not think there would be a difference on a different machine. Can you explain how you got to using 8220 rather than 8020? Thanks

Hey Brian thanks so much. I rushed this video out and did not verify my number. You are correct - it is supposed to be 8020. Thanks so much - I will update the description of that Aurora LITE video accordingly. I really appreciate it. All the best!

Nice engrave Gord, just a question on the X axis - what length of engrave can it do in the Aurora Lite. The item I have is 14 5/8" long and 4 3/8" round big bullet casing. Cheers and have a great week.

Hey good day Pete. The useable area on this fiber laser is about 5.7" , however if the engrave can be layered, I can create it in steps/pieces/segments. Can you email me a pciture of the item? Cheers my friend!
