@@CR_240 Long record behind the bench? She only started coaching 4 seasons ago. 2 years at the SHL level and straight to the AHL for 2 seasons handed to her on a silver platter. Far more qualified women that put their dues in than her.

That is a naive statement. She was hired based on her knowledge and experience.
