Which one of these books would you read first?! I forgot to make a Pick of the Month this time. I think I would go for The Heart and the Chip and then Slow Productivity.
Maybe "Purpose" doesn't advocate free will. After all, we've gotten this far without it, right ? If Sapolsky reads "Purpose" and it somehow inspires him to fulfill even MORE of his potential, it will be because he couldn't NOT do more after reading it. Determinism doesn't say you can't improve. It just says when it is time, you can't NOT improve. Thanks for the heads ups on these books. I want to look into "Purpose" by Wilkinson.
