Done this flight myself. Good use of Avios when you have a CV. Hardest thing I found was when to sleep, leaving LHR at 2110. Felt like night for the whole flight! Shame about the seat for you.
@Grandadmorri3473 yeah made working out when to sleep very difficult as well as filming in low light 😂
Hope you have claimed BA for the inconvenience. Most airlines compensate passengers for this kind of things.

It was with two broken seats and some of the food offerings. Could be so much better though. Paying with points and a companion voucher definitely helps, I wouldn't want to pay the cash price

Lost count on the number of broken seats I have had on BA. Despite being reported these things never checked or rectified by BA
@iannewberry3656 it is shocking how many there are. That one had clearly been broken for a while but nothing had been done about it. When you think about the cost of the ticket and then you get a broken seat, it's not great.
What a shame that BAkeep letting themselves down!
@@derekalgate6855 I know, could have been so different if that seat had worked. Didn't help it was my second broken seat of the day, with the club Europe flight earlier having the same issue
@ shame! Maybe next time try and get a Q suite on Qatar. Significantly more expensive than BA for long haul in my experience but may be more affordable with points and CV. I find the food rather strange though, but not a great lover of Middle Eastern food!
