This tour was magic. Zeena on harp, the choir from Greenland, Matmos, the orchestras and then she's wearing that legendary dress from Alexander McQueen. So much happening and it's all perfection
You should listen to their album Vespertine, with thousands of sounds and microbeats everywhere. It is a superior experience. And his album Homogenic, electronica at its best.
I’m glad you liked it! My all time favorite performance of Pagan Poetry was in 2013 in Paris during her Biophilia Tour, the bass and her vocals are just insane. I suggest you watch it (or react to it) because it’s beautiful too.
The ambition to simply play the song live is staggering. If you hear the recorded version, the production is so layered, and so thick, not to mention the way she belts out her vocals. But Björk is very much known as, “It’s as if she’s never heard anyone else try to sing before.”
I highly recommend and implore you to Continue your Bjork Discography Journey. Even if its for your personal enjoyment and not for views . Her Musical Evolution will leave you Gobsmacked 🤯🤯. She's one of the few artists who's Discography is Truly Appreciated in Chronological Order. This song is off her 2001 album (VESPERTINE) which incorporated a New sonic style that Bjork revolutionized , Micro -Beats. That Porter Music Box were custom made for her , if not mistaken. Lastly, her Art is all encompassing, by that i mean that , Sonically she creates these stories but she is somehow able to Visually Translate them in her Music Videos. They're an extension of the composition.
That electronic sound you mentioned are samples of natural enviroment sounds. Matmos, they guys at the back of the stage are playing them live. Even doing the sounds on other songs in that performance, like walking on a box full of sand and wierd stuff like that. So its not electronic sounds, more like analog samples.
Just your curiosity makes me feel you'll connect with björk As someone else said A great start to björk is her homogenic and vespertine albums Both are perfect blend of her pop and more artistic side This song is from vespertine
my all time favorite artist. doesn't get more original and creative than this. you can check "unison" from this same album, or "hunter" and "Joga" from the "Homogenic" album. cheers :)

This concert is just the best. Can't gush too much about it.
I will have to check out the rest of this concert and some of her others.

since you’ve heard post, you should listen to her album chronologically and check out homogenic then vespertine. her voice is the sound of raw nature.
