How come aravind swami forget about this superb relative like karthi.... When he open the door..thank god karthiwas there... I thought he sold his house for arul....thank god... Becoz karthik had such great love on arul... Oru cycle ku oru story sonnaru paarunga...actually even each one of us have such great story of our first cycle or bike during our teen age... It's a raw feeling ...
It's a great movie, I have enjoyed watching it. 2 times so far. We have seen karthi acting in many movies and this is no surprise for me, however Arvind swamy performance is brilliant. And your observation about the whole movie is really good. I too felt something going to happen with the snake. But I have watched director interview before the movie and his affection towards the snake. So, it's quite relatable. Keep up your good work Manoj, cheers.
96 was very engaging though it was very slow screenplay, i still remember it came along with Ratchasan and it was equally dominating. It was emotionally connected to a group of people who had that similar unsuccessful love in schooling. Meiyyazhagan is one step ahead and connects to every individual irrespective of any groups. After seeing this movie, thought of reading it as a book and live by imagining simultaneously every moment. It doesn't go away from mind, huge impact.
🙌🙌🙌If you like this movie, Then you should read ஒரு மனிதன் ஒரு வீடு ஒரு உலகம் Noval by the great personality mr Jayakandhan. This novel is 1000 times greater then this movie 🙏
But one doubt....why aravind swami didn't findout karthik's name through his relative rajkiran.....easy aa kandupidikalam....but karthi himself made him realise his name....which was the highlight
There is something called disassociation linked with deep emotional trauma. This is similar to you running away from pain, in order to avoid it. This could be pain of being loved as well as fear of failure. Fear of future trauma, and your brain will try to avoid it, at any cost. For a city dweller, it is convenient, to get immersed in daily hassle. Which is what Arvind Swami did. The last phone call between Karthi and Arvind is more of a therapy session, without naming it so😊
