Ankylosing Spondylitis is a very common problem. It causes low back pain, stiffness and bending of spine. People suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis are diagnosed late due to lack of awareness and not knowing which doctor to show. This disease is associated with HLA B27 which is a gene. Ankylosing Spondylitis can affect eyes leading to uveitis. Ankylosing Spondylitis can affect skin in form of Psoriasis. Ankylosing Spondylitis can cause inflammation in intestines leading to Inflammatory Bowel Disease like Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease. Ankylosing Spondylitis can be treated well with medications and timely diagnosis.
Ankylosing Spondylitis ek bahut hee aam samasya hai. Yah peeth ke nichale hisse mein dard, jakadan aur reedh kee haddee ke jhukane ka kaaran banata hai. Ankylosing Spondylitis se peedit logon mein jaagarookata kee kamee hai. Yah rog HLA B27 se juda hai jo ek gene hai. Ankylosing Spondylitis aankhon ko prabhaavit kar sakata hai jisase uveitis ho sakata hai. Ankylosing Spondylitis, psoriasis ke roop mein tvacha ko prabhaavit kar sakata hai. Ankylosing Spondylitis aanton mein soojan paida kar sakata hai jisase soojan aantr rog jaise Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease ho sakata hai. Ankylosing Spondylitis ka ilaaj davaon aur samay par nidaan ke saath kiya ja sakata hai.

मै भी इस बीमारी से बहुत ज्यादा परेशान हू, पता नही कब तक इस बीमारी से जूझना पड़ेगा
मेरी उम्र 27 है, और यह बीमारी मुझे अचानक से हो गयी अब मै बहुत ज्यादा परेशान हू, कई जगह अच्छे डॉक्टर से इलाज़ कराने के बाद् भी नही ठीक हो रहा हू 😭😭😭
इस टाइम मेरा इलाज़ SGPGI लखनऊ से चल रहा है तीन महीना मे 100% मे 30% आराम मिला है, इस समय दाहिने पैर के घुटने मे और बाये पैर के ऐड़ी मे दिक्कत है ज्यादा बाकी सब सही हो गया है,

जब मुझे ये तकलीफ हुई थी तब मेरी पुलिस ट्रेनिंग चल रही थी . तकलीफ बहुत हुईं मगर ट्रेनिंग ने मुझे बाचा लिया..अब मुझे कोई तकलीफ नाही हैं मेरी उमर अभी 40 हैं. मे जंप करके दोनो घुटने हवा मे छाती को लगा सकता हू अगर छीकने मे तकलिफ हैं.तो छिको ,पुरी छाती भर के सांस लो, आगे मत झुको.. पीछे जुको.. दाबकर व्यायाम करो..

Very informative dr sab i hv AS diagnosed a year ago and i am on salfasalazine 2 tabs twice a day with maxit painkiller oftenly taking.. i want to ask if bone spurs in heals area can be removed through surgery ? Orther thing is that whenever i ask my doctor about Biological medication he refuses saying it wl kill immune system completely which is not good in Pakistan because of poor hygiene and polluted enviroment.it wl make me vulnerable for bacteria and viruses germs and wl not survive..so is it right ?

सर‌ मेरे पिता जी को ये बीमारी है वे 67 साल के हैं बीमारी बहुत पुरानी है दोनों hip joint replacement surgery हो चुकी है दस साल पहले गर्दन stiff है कोई movement नहीं है हार्ट की artery में stent भी डल चुका है कुछ सालों पहले biological injection भी लग चुके हैं।
Sulphasalazine खा रहे हैं सालों से बहुत pain होता है सर वर्षों से अब कोई राहत नहीं मिल रही दर्द रहता है कंधों में please कोई रास्ता बताएं 🙏🙏🙏
