Very relaxing to watch. I enjoy the smithfield dam section of the early game so it's a blast to rewatch it without having to go through the mild pain of restarting yet again.
I've been playing this game every chance I get when the little one goes to sleep, I had no idea how much I'd enjoy it when I first seen it but man it's sooo relaxing to play while listening to this in the background 😌
I am getting snowrunner beginning of december. I enjoyed mudrunner when i had gamepass and now i have a pc and have taken an interest in machines in difficult terrain due to my education. I have mostly done ATVs but trucks seems fun and this game seems relaxing
An easier path to the farm lies closer to the dam side. Enter in the dam side of the last field and just follow the grass around, staying right of the picket fence. Smash through the fence at the end.
One other question, do you sit down and plan these routes out before each episode or have you played to such a degree that you just remember the bits you need (such as service parts at the 5:00 minute mark) so that you can keep the truck full both ways?
I usually rough out a plan for which missions I'll do in the next few episodes (enough for maybe 3-4 hours of gameplay), then make notes for the items required for each and work out a method/order to try and complete them. When I'm playing I'm often checking my notes to see what I need next. Sometimes it doesn't go exactly to plan though.
@@KnullModemthat’s awesome, definitely thought you were some sorta veteran or even game developer with how perfect your run is, I’m brand new to the game so it’s awesome to watch and see what I should focus on
Do you have some future plan for the International? You parked it there back in Episode 1 (IIRC) and have driven past it several times without a mention. Is it an 'out-of-sight, out-of-mind' emergency vehicle or something?
My original plan was to move it to Smithville Dam after unlocking the garage there, buy the roof rack and use it to repair other trucks (much better value than the CK1500 trunk repair supplies). I took less damage than expected in the first few episodes and at some point I changed my mind to try and get by with the free maintenance trailers, so it sat unused for longer than expected. I may end up keeping it in Michigan as I will need to deploy some trucks there for logging later and having a scout I don't have to pay to redeploy will be handy.
@@KnullModemThank you. Glad I didn't just sell it. I've been taking a bit more damage than you, so that tip may come in handy! I've been forcing myself to use the 800 in another playthrough, just so I can say that I gave it a fair chance and it's not as bad as I first thought. It's tippy as hell, but if you go slow and take slopes head on, you can go pretty much anywhere you need to in it.
I love the Scout 800. It's lighter than the Chevy, a bit more agile, and it's got an absurd range with its roof rack. It makes a great rescue vehicle or swamp buggy, and though it gets fussy on steep, it can still handle most of what you throw at it. More generally, it can teach you a lot about choosing terrain on the fly. My game got measurably better once I got proficient with it.
Excuse me, do you happen to have a playlist with this music? I can do it by taking tracks from the description, but if you have it in spotify, I would love to play with it in the background. It fits better than the in-game soundtrack :)
How is it you have such impectable controll over driving on asphault, loading with a mini crane. And do it all in "HARD MODE". Though I've tried in vain numerious time's to play in HM. As I watch your video's, I'm amazed to the N-th degree, your ability.
Wait, how did you disable the DLCs? I got this game from a frield of mine as a gift and he also gave me some Overpowerd stuff. Like some gigantic trucks and i just want to remove them from my garage because they are too Op to play with at the start and i don't know how. And by the way. When you look at the time lapse in the video the suspention is really smooth but the music is making me fall asleep in my chair
Probably way too late, but perhaps s.o. else will find this helpful: in hard mode you don't get any of the DLC trucks for free at the beginning. If you don't want them but also don't want to play hard mode, there is an option to start a new game with custom settings. New game plus, I think it's called. Beside many other settings you can choose to not get the DLC trucks for free. I'm playing with this setting, because I like some challenge and play with only what I can find in the maps - at least the 3 "original" regions (Michigan, Alaska & Taymyr). Starting with DLC trucks feels like cheating. ;-)

I have no idea why this showed up in my feed and why I can't stop watching it!
Love the series!
It’s so calm and enjoyable
He's like the Snowrunner zen master.
The fact that he barely gets any visible scratches on his trucks speaks for itself

Awesome!!! I am binge watching this series
🤘😬🤘
Same
Its a great time 'waster' because i have nothing to do
So easy to chill out and watch these videos with a cup of tea
I hope all is well my friend. Keep on being a runner wherever you may be. We'll be here.....😎
Another top notch video. This one has the best music so far. I've been following along on my play-through.

People say its unrealistic and stuff but the challange of the missions make up for it
Also try “expeditions”. Different gameplay but also lot of fun.
Far from relaxing most of the time 😂😂😂 but a great game nonetheless.
Just found this series and I love it so much. I'm learning a lot from watching you play :)
I played this game non stop, it was so simple yet relaxing well worth the money
I agree

That's what I call efficient gameplay! Nice music, too.
I briefly fell asleep watching this lol, Not being disrespectful cause the video is very well done but the soft music touch just put me out haha
Dude yes
Indeed, it is very relaxing

very efficient! Love it!
I really hate the Smithfield farm. Great series though been using it as a guide.

10:45 you don’t do overloading? (i.e. 4 planks on 2 cargo bed)

You could always just not use they or not sell them and leave them in storage and they won't affect your gameplay
👌👌
