I relate so hard about being a perfectionist, it’s really hard for me to stylize my work because everything turns into realism- it’s really hard to let loose and I really admire people that have such a free style
I came from your Instagram. I'm in love with your artstyle and the way you render and i love how simple yet clean and professional looking this looks like. i can already see myself stalking your youtube channel and waiting for more videos from you❤
Great video, and loved your potrait painting! It's so true, when I was a beginner I was downloading and purchasing brushes like everyweek to find the "perfect brush". Then when I turned professional and had to deliver concept art on a daily basis for a movie I was like "dude...I only need the round brush..." and literally made every single concept piece with just the classic round brush. Still, I think any default brush is fun to use and today I actually use a ton of self made brushes or specific brushes other artists shared just to speed up painting process on ideations or sketches, but if I really need to get the job done as quick as possible, our trusty default round brush never fails
Beautiful drawing and excellent challenge to put to test fundamentals. I’ll try this approach for my practices following your method and have fun with it. Love the vid!
For those who think the default brushes aren't everything: *THEY ARE* Go watch some Samdoesart videos with the default brush and you'll see what I'm talking about
Your sketches are so satisfying! I’m still trying to get used to default procreate brushes. The ones I use in photoshop don’t work the same in procreate unfortunately 💀

That's just how color works.
You can only tell how light/dark a color is in comparison to another color
