My take is that Chaos Magick is a tool, a way of thinking about how it all works that gives the subject useful choices. But it's in no way a "path". it's a vehicle upgrade that makes the path clearer and easier, but as a path itself? It's not what it's designed for. It's like deciding that your cordless power drill is your life compass...

I just listened to the entire midnight gospel episode. Thank you for the time spent.
Your voice is akin to one of my favorite youtubers bizzlesnaff and it put me in a literal movie in my head while listening. I experienced it with you, when it was said that you love and care about everyone i felt a touch of emotions flood my body.
    Much love, man.

One of the most down to earth conversations about magick I've heard online. I agree that paradigm shift as a way, a path, it's all about avoidance. When the Big Problem is to confront, to embrace. And so, "...in the end you have nothing to show up...'. Perfectly put. Nonetheless, as a tool, as a trick to understand other's belief systems and use them (the systems) accordingly to your objectives, I still consider Chaos Magick invaluable. But I think it was not meant to be a life philosophy. Maybe the guy was trying to extrapolate too much it's views.

I feel as if I didn't understand the question the student was asking.

Uncomfortable conversations reveal the truth, ultimately we need to be honest with ourselves. By removing social civility and being naked, one saves time from performative pantomimes that do little more than expend valuable time.

The question dude reminds me a lot of myself. I recommend selecting tasks and to learn to focus on one at a time, focusing on perfecting the task and not the results.

It's hard to tell sometimes if Jason is advocating in favor of chaos magick or trying to get people to stay away from it.
It sounds like it mostly fucks your life up.
I'm gonna just keep meditating 🧘‍♀️
Edit: okay, I've watched more now, and it isn't actually hard to tell at all. Stay tf away from chaos magick. Got it!
Edit edit: If you're reading this, Jason, I just wanna say I feel you at the end that you're just one person. But you're an S-tier content creator and the most honest, down to earth, helpful, pragmatic, and experienced spiritual trainers on the whole internet. You should be proud of what you're doing and what you've built. You aren't just another guru pulling people around on a string.
Your John Dee book was one of the most well-researched and informative works I've ever read (especially the first 2/3rds imo; everyone should go buy jt) and your Midnight Gospel episode was the best of the whole season.
Sorry to be love bombing you right now, but you deserve it. Please keep doing what you're doing, and I wish you all the best in the world👌

@Richard Dee Vine's Guerrilla Radio Playlists! OH lol, well that makes the 2nd edit I just made a tad extra embarrassing. Oh well.
But yeah. Idk if I'd wunna be a lumberjack if chainsaw related accidents were as high as the magick-related casuality rates seem to be, but I respect your opinion

I'd agree with the chainsaw analogy. All thought pathways have a beneficial way of developing if you follow them to an extent. You just need a foundational base of a personal connection to what unites the sole of what you understand the universe to be and how far your "brick wall" is... albeit energy, force, spiritual, results, electron ~ everything is push and pull in this.

    Nice comments everyone!
Question for Jason without any comprehension of the classes. I've followed your work for over a decade but... have you had any experience with someone who is karmically tied to the physical world who makes other people's relationship goals come true through experiential works? Kind of like a good luck chuck (the movie) scenario??

Karma is like a "complex force" which gets permamently recorded as a subtle configuration in space (perhaps time too). One of my teachers taught me that karma is impersonal, and it just comes with the vehicle. It's deeply encoded in the 'inertia of human evoltion' or DNA, which involves a lot of the worst, and some love. Lately more love than the worst.
Say my grand^n-dad hit my grand^(n-1)-dad in his face because he feared something. Unless one of my granddads after that, or grandmothers, "stopped the cycle" and "burned the karma" in the couldron of their body, this tendency to hit your son/daughter out of fear will keep on echoing throughout generations, perhaps spreading to a collective level if the system rolls the dices like so.
Thus humanity keeps on incarnating to finally see through the maya, to neutralize the complex forces which cause fear in our bodies, eventually giving us the understanding that it's safe to feel fear.
In turn we get the chance to walk the path, encountering new complex chemical compounds inside our bodies (these are emotions), sit/laugh/walk/talk with them and through them, and eventually distill them into their enssence, which was, is and will always be Love.
Chaos Magick can thus be used to accelerate the encounters with unfinished business lurking in the depths of our fear-response to life. Or it can be used to numb The Great Work aspect of life completely, neglect the opening of one's heart, and get on with the pleasure of dopamine driven life.
Sidenote: I know nothing and speak only from my own little experience.

He's not really taking the time to understand the student, who is having trouble expressing himself.
