Hello, u did pretty well but i do 3 engine in your time for sure. Some steps just waste some time. at the end u forgot to "middle out" the crank. Dont lubricate the bearring-covers - they can pop out. You can go farther than 100°c - you can see it when it start to burst ;)) - dont heaten up the bearrings and dont clean em up with gasoline. Put the parts in fridge is just waste of time. But anyway that engine runs and u did a good job. Greetz from Germany
Dont put grease on the bearing retainers....u might lose them if u get a missstart or carter detonation due to sparkplug.... use dishwasher gel... as it will evaporate, grease doesnt...same goes for oil. good videos btw
I've just notice a problem withmy aerox I've fitted a stage 6 pipe and after riding I'm getting a knock sound when I come of the revs only before I stop is this the small end bearing going defo sounds where the piston is
metal contracts due to the cool air. He widens the housing with the hot air and contracts the bearing with the cool air so the bearing fits better into the housing
