Mango Ice cream is something that is loved most during the summer season. Here, we are presenting the homemade recipe, which is tried and tested, considering the current situation.
Ingredients:
Full Fat Milk - 1/2 litres
Whip Cream - 1 cup (I have taken Tropolite cream, you can choose any brand of your choice)
Custard Powder - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Mango pulp and puree - 1 cup
Mango essence/ emulsion/yellow food color (Optional)
dry fruits for garnishing
tutty fruity as per your choice
