- i had to face my reality.. i needed more time awake during the day in order to have time for ME- such as self-care habits like working out, eating healthier meals, getting ready (makeup & choosing outfits brings me joy), taking walks, engaging in my hobbies/goals, and falling asleep earlier.
before i had the mindset that it’s too difficult to balance everything, but now i see it as a choice to choose me & put me first (bc honestly i really need it).
this past month it’s gotten easier to incorporate “me time” despite varying day-to-day schedules, so it makes me happy that i don’t always have to wake up soo early all the time now mueheheh.
i'm happy with this version of me that i'm becoming.
