    I picked up an AJS DD125e for £100 because of the state of it. Tinkered away with little bits and pieces but didn’t really do anything for months. over the course of one weekend managed to get it running again and hardtailed it. Taken it out for a few test runs and whilst it’s not gonna win any races, it’s honestly one of the most comfortable bikes I’ve ridden.

    Iv got a 1980 cb400t that’s coming along nicely. With a GSXR front end, VTR rear end and cbr mono shock conversion. Iv got 6 months to finish it for my first ever bike show. So working on it and beating my head against the wall constantly. But love wanting you episodes to keep me motivated. Will definitely have to send you guys a pick when she is done 🤙

    Just finished the ending rebuild on my 1990 CB125T here in the states this is an absurdly rare bike. The timing chain was a right pain in the ass 😂 getting the cam gear lined up when the TFL mark was on the timing peep hole was a mission...

    Greetings from NW London. How would all the changes (mainly frame) on the MOT and more important the insurance later on. You need to notify the of any structural change, right?

    • @ParryBrothers
      @ParryBrothers  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Really good point! If the performance or value of motorcycle has been enhanced always notify your insurance and MOT centres won’t pass a motorcycle with any “not for road use” parts (tyres & exhausts) also any worn olds parts that have not been replaced the MOT centre may advise to change.

    • @ParryBrothers
      @ParryBrothers  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      As far as structural change as long as it’s as good or better than manufacturers spec and the welding is done by a professional etc... it’s will pass an MOT no problem 👍🏻

    • @LebratoFamily
      @LebratoFamily 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      thak you @@ParryBrothers great help... I have to come and visit you one day... my main fear is/was the insurance because they also ask you if you have modify the bike structurally. And you guys do lots of frame changes....
