You can modify the profile to the shape you want, instead of some rectangles. Alternately, you can create an adaptive family with the profile (model lines), load it into the pattern-based family, use place on face and place two on each reference lines, then create a form with them.
Things like the classic orders? Probably not, it will take way too much time to study the scale, ratios, etc. and Paul F. A has a book about all that. Renaissance Revit something?
