- Trooper's Report:
On June 6, 2024, around 11:29 P.M. I was stationary on Interstate 40 westbound near the 282-mile marker, I could see a
vehicle through my rearview mirror traveling at a high rate of speed. I activated my rear radar and clocked the SUV. I received a
positive reading on the digital display of 86 mph in a posted 65 mph zone. As the vehicle passed by me, I activated my front
radar, and the reading was consistent with the one from the rear radar. I drove from the shoulder to catch up to the beige
Cadillac SUV. After exiting at Mound City, I activated my blue lights and the SUV stopped.
I approached the passenger side and noticed one occupant in the vehicle. I explained the reason for the stop and asked the
driver for his driver’s license, he stated he didn’t have it on him, but his name was Alex Wilson. The driver mentioned being in a
hurry because his mom was watching his son, I advised him to step out of the vehicle and talk to me. He said oh yeah come
and talk to me and put the SUV in gear and drove off.
I advised dispatch I was in pursuit. While north on Mound City Road the suspect turned his lights off and began to drive
recklessly, weaving across the road. As I positioned my car for Tactical Vehicle Intervention, a black bag came out of the
passenger window. I attempted a TVI on the right side of the SUV, which caused the driver to lose control momentarily. Shortly
afterwards the driver regained control continuing north on Mound City Road. I made contact with the vehicle a second time but
was not successful in immobilizing the vehicle. However, the third time the SUV begins to spin clockwise until making contact
with a ditch on the west side of the road.
After the vehicle was settled, a felony takedown was performed. The driver was placed in handcuffs and advised of his rights. I
removed a total of 609 dollars from Nicholas and the vehicle. During the search of the vehicle an orange pill bottle containing 2
Oxycodone pills and 1 Xanax pill, 2 Promethazine bottles (79 ml), 4 packs of Night-Night Marijuana (42.4 grams), 1 clear
container of marijuana (38 grams), 1 scale and 1 cigar roller were found. The money was turned over to his mother Kim
Crockett.
The suspect was transported to the Crittenden County Jail by Deputy Hulsey with the Crittenden County Sheriff's Department
due to my vehicle needing vehicle maintenance. After I changed the tire, I returned to the location where the bag was thrown
out the window and discovered 100 (1mg) and 47 (2mg) Xanax tablets inside 2 small clear containers inside the bag.
Finally, the driver was identified as Nicholas Papachristou from Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was charged with the following:
Speeding, Obstructing Governmental Operations, Reckless Driving, fleeing in a vehicle, Tampering with Physical Evidence,
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule II 2g, Possession of a Controlled
Substance Schedule IV 28g200g, Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule VI4oz 10lbs.
All drugs and evidence related to this case has been released to the 2nd Judicial Drug Task Force.

Let's hope mommy does better at parenting with the next generation.
Should have confiscated the money too. Obviously proceeds of crime.
Surprised there wasn’t an obstruction charge for providing a fictitious name.
People in the West have been indoctrinated from childhood to be hedonistic, materialistic and dumb. Henry Ford believed that the average "buffoon" just wanted food, sex, drugs/alcohol and an average life, thus he/she should be educated just enough to be able to read and write (to follow instructions). There was no need to educate people to become critical thinkers. That was not good for the ruling elites. And now these same folks will be sent to Ukraine to fight and be slaughtered.
Never really understood "tampering with evidence" as a charge. Before the arrest its not evidence, if its illegal to possess then that is the only crime.
Always seemed like a way to inflate the charges to me.
Lol.. imagine being held at gunpoint and just dicking around with your phone. Why are people so stupid these days?
Because of those very phones
That's their life blood. Without that addiction in their hand and working, their few cells between the ears crackle and they begin to slobber.
ZOOMERS and Blacks.
It's that phone that makes people stupid and that's why I never owned one
Mostly fatherless homes and family values. That includes all races and ethnicities.
People been stupid since the 40s
If there were cell phones on the titanic, people would cling to them as water came up to their noses
Wow, look at all this water. Imma get a lot of clicks!
I saw a cartoon of a the Titanic sinking where all the people in the water were shooting the ship sinking with their phones. Basically just as you describe.
Lmao
😂😂😂
The lookouts would have been using them and rammed the iceberg instead of grazing it. But the Titanic was unsinkable from a head on collision, so it would not have sunk.
The death grip on the phone is crazy.
Mom's going to be so mad her Caddy got destroyed.
Hmm, it had dealer tags though.
Sounds like she shows up, ASP Cheers gave her his $600.
She ain't got no insurance. Copart
At least she got her $600 back for the drugs her son sold for her!
It won’t be her little darlings fault though .
Im convinced if you turn peoples phone off they will just shut down and go to sleep.
That's a good one, Randall ! 🤣
They turn into the walking dead with or without the cell phones that's the sad thing these days
Probably true but I'm watching it on my phone
@@bkee62ditto 😂
Actually they would probably freak out and try to harm you. People are that obsessed with cellphones these days.
Imagine valuing your phone more than you value your life. The entitled generations are pathetic.
If you use a cell phone at all you are a zombie.
Arkansas State Police are Number One in the U.S.A.. Sending you Major Respect from Maryland.
they get a lot of practice with all the stupid people that live in Arkansas
They really are. Sending respect from fuckin Canada eh 🇨🇦
True.
People are so stupid driving away from the police like that
Especially ASP
they are
I suspect he was stupid when he opened his eyes that morning.
Yes but this is way entertaining!! Would you rather watch some boring tv show again?
Extremely
Alex Wilson is a horrible fake name you could tell the trooper didn’t believe it for a second
😂😂😂
😂
AleX WiLSoN…?!
His real name is F. A. Kename.
Anytime they start with "Uh..." You know it's a fake name.
Just take the ticket and go home rather than wreck your car and catch a felony. DUH!
I’m sure that was mommy’s car
With all those drugs he wasn’t going to just get a ticket. I’m sure the trooper could smell the weed and would have searched the car.
@@annajosullivan Yup! And what's one more felony and a destroyed car when you are carrying a trafficking level amount of drugs haha
@@annajosullivan yeah, although he could have refused permission to search - unless he had warrants. They didn't charge him with no license though.
Trooper can smell all he wants, but without a registered K9 to back him up it does not create probable cause. And you can't make a person wait while you call in a drug dog.
Seen a cop use window tint to force a tow and use the excuse of inventory to search before. But they have to figure out a way to force the tow.
@redwolfexr
Not true at all .
Scent gives PC to search and they don't need a warrant to search a vehicle
ASP. The definition of f@#k around and find out.
FHP & GSP close behind!
Amen to that
Yup! ❤
Just one time I want the communication cop to say ...now do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around....just once ...
😂😂😂❤❤❤
LOL! There was actually a comedy skit in the 80's that did that- hilarious!
#unSteerable256
Annnd I keep waiting when they ask them their name to say "puddin` in tain, ask me again I`ll tell ya the same"...😅
TFS PolicePursuits 💙🚔
You’re on to something 👍
🤣🤣🤣
Your honor, in my client's defense,
he dumb..
🤣😅😂
Actually cackled on that!!!
Straight to business. No f'n around
trooper was well pissed off after that nerd took off on him.
He's got no license but he's got that phone in his hand, let me break the law then film it
Callin his dealer. ‘Yeah, im not gonna be able to make that delivery’
He should have taken a picture of his license and kept it on file in his Iphone. If he has a license. He is not going anyplace without his phone, except jail.
Film it then hurry up and upload it to his TT account, lol. Idiots these days... 🙄
Tattoo's and cellphone. It's like he's living his life in 3rd person.
Yeah he thinks this is GTA 5. Then I am going to call my mom and get a restart.
The "pants on the ground" are also an indicator of a sharp witted individual.
Lol
More tats than intelligence.
those dope paid for the tat
I can’t believe dude can’t put down his phone at gunpoint. 😂 what’s wrong with these people?
Had to tell his mom to hide the drugs at home.
Nicely done Trooper Cheers!
10 out of 10......and extra points for "savage"....
"Don't move, Don't move!!!!" Gets on his phone and starts making phone calls. /sigh
trooper was seriousl pissed off......
Hopefully tattoo boy gets 8 to 10 years in the state pen, all that money should have been confiscated too, he was running a drug distribution operation.
It will be. Civil asset foreiture
What world are you living in? Maybe in Arkansas they actually punish people, but this is nothing more than probation these days. Then we wonder why we have so much crime.
@@John_Redcorn_The description said the money was given to his mother.
yep...for "mummy".....
@@SleepyCorn-qv2nw *_but this is nothing more than probation these days._*
What world are YOU living in? In no state is this list of crimes going to be "probation." If it were just ONE of the listed crimes, then maybe. But this dude racked up 9 offenses, 6 of which are felonies. Bro, if you get out on probation after racking up SIX felonies in the span of 10 minutes, I need to know who your lawyer is.
He turned his lights off cause he saw that works really well on most of these YT clips
lol
😳😂😂😂😂
Oh, I’m sorry…did I accidentally stomp on your precious phone?! 😂
That phone is likely to lead to other suspects. This guy doesn't seem to be very professional in his "job!"
@@televishenimoniker5546 See you out there.
@@televishenimoniker5546 What other suspects, his mom? Dude lives in mom's basement, he's not the leader of a drug cartel.🙄
@@scottmichaels12 he he. Yes, he seems to lack some common criminal sense.
His upstream connection for drugs is probly one of his speed dial numbers :) And many clients in the call log.
where?
Not where I expected to find Shaggy. He's in rough shape. Someone let Scooby know what happened.
🤣🤣
Scooby driving for ASP , he gets snacks for pits! 😂
The stupid is strong with this one.
Trooper Cheers ya' need a new windshield.
We can see why. He goes full-send 💪👍
@@John_Redcorn_He was definitely attacking those corners like a rally car drivers! Right 4, cut!
are you surprised.....??
Can't fix whatever that thing is.
Just like the Derm can’t fix the deterioration of y’all dried and worn out appearance after age 30
Stupid!
The most entertaining generation ever folks SMDH
So entertaining that I'm worried that if Republicans take power they will crack down on crime which could eventually diminish the number of these videos. This is the ONLY reason that could cause me to vote Democrat.
Must be talking to mommy letting her know that her car is messed up because I ran from the police and they pit me
Don't forget the insurance coverage denial too.
Calling the dealer to tell him he’s not gonna make the delivery 2:56
@@RobbyO-p5p Mookie.... Hunter's stash will not be delivered.
Yes, except he'll leave the "running" part out and say they pitted him for no reason, cause he didn't do nothing wrong.
@@ratagris21 you mean don jr
Full of tattoos, pants around his ankles, stupid, dealing with drugs, wrecks car, ombilical phone, now a felon….. well done maaaaa!
Umbilical phone. I’m definitely stealing that.
Scrawny little guy has thousands of dollars worth of tats.
Never knew a dude to have a tramp stamp. Unless he’s part of the alphabet community. 😂😂
bum.
Not if they were done in prison.
still looks like a "nerd" despite wanna be "gangsta".....maybe a "greek gangsta"....
Momma paid, momma paid
“Hello, is this Jake from State Farm?”
This girl is crazy.
Girl!
What girl
He sure is….
prolly an an_ tifa member
He'll be a girl next year
The training ASP officers receive must be on the next level. They simply do NOT GIVE UP and in cases like this, it does not take them long anyway.
Kudos to Trp Cheers from Ohio for an outstanding job of getting the situation under control. Stsy safe, well and be Blessed. Thank you for your service.
Tossed the drugs 2:56
Yup
Good eyes
Ninja cat like skills quickly reaching for that phone.
“I gotta live stream this shit yo! All my followers will be hittin’ mad likes. That b dope!”
Pea green soup underwear ?
that happened AFTER the double pit!
They were white before the TVI.
No license and his mom let him take her car? 🤦🏻♀️
Trooper Cheer's is a new favorite. I love the name. Great job. Stay safe.
I guess calling his mama was more important than following directions to make sure he wouldn't get shot!!
yep.
Telling his mom to hide the drugs at home.
What is it with the phone always?
Usual suspect...tattooed everywhere.
Just another Crack flasher...😅
He was definitely wearing his pants like the "usual suspects".
Monkey see monkey do..that’s how the saying goes
@@scottmichaels12why can’t any of these young men pull up their damned pants?
I CANNOT believe that however many months later, Donnie STILL has a Big Ole crack in his windshield! WTH!!
Probably a different crack from another fun day at the office😂
@@warren_rMaybe but it still seems to be the same Lizzo sized crack running the full width of the glass.
I was wondering about that, gieven that a crack is a safety and structural integrity problem with the car that you can be cited for where I learned to drive. Shouldn't a police car be free of such problems?
Stupid is as Stupid does
Well……how’d running work out for you, driver??🤣😂
Damn, that cop knows how to pit maneuver! 😮😮😮
These perps get younger and younger or Dumb and Dumber
i'd say both......straight from "high school" to drug dealing......"all the other kids in class were doing it too".....
Great job Officer Cheers! Great name too! Keep up the outstanding work ASP!
A young guy with bad judgement: no driver's license or I.D., tattoos, can't seem to keep his pants up, and flees from the cops in a slow car. I wonder what his parents and friends are like. There may be an interesting story here and it may not be a good one. Imagine how hard it's going to be for him to get a job once he's out of jail.
What makes you think he intends to ever work?
@@Dan-O40 Just this crazy, vague idea that most people want to earn money by working.
Trooper made it look easy
Show me your hands and drop the phone!
Good job officer. Calm, clear concise orders.👍
No crazy language and swearing.
Mamma’s little brat got busted. 😬
The power of the cellphone. I wonder if Steve Jobs knew his invention would become a digital appendage.
Another SovCit bites the dust!
I notice that Trooper Cheeks likes the blunt force option when doing a PIT.
Love the catch, thanks Arkansas I am so glad y'all do your jobs.
Boggles the mind that these thugs think they can get away from a V8 police pursuit vehicle in their SUV's.
Druggie
Great Job Trooper Cheers 💙
Some people are just naturally stupid. Ya ain't gonna get rich selling drugs. And ya ain't gonna outrun the law!
Momma that Arkansas Trooper wrecked my car and he pointing a gun at me momma, I'm scared, I can't breathe!
3:35 Yup, the smartest thing to do when an officer approaches you with his gun drawn is too... Reach down for your phone, a black square object that can look like a gun when milliseconds are needed for a person to react to a potential threat.
R E T A R D
What the hell took the cop so long to get the kid out of the car?!? Meanwhile, the kid's making a call and/or texting. The only thing that cop was good at were the PIT manoeuvrs. SMH
The power of dumb.
This crap of stopping for the police, then taking off as they approach your car should be a seperate felony.
the reason why he had his phone in his hand was because he was updating his facebook status to "felon"
Officer Cheers... Good job. Stay safe out there. You are appreciated. Cheers to ya!!! God bless.
"Alex Wilson" actually is the name all Indian phone scammers use. 🤣🤣🤣
Exactly i made the same comment above
Probably would've gotten a ticket, now he's got a wrecked car, and multiple charges. Stupid.
Some mighty fine police work!!!
"Genius" behind the wheel looks like Napoleon Dynamite, especially for how often he pushed up his 👓.
The usual suspect keeps playing with his phone. Good restrain from the officer for not blowing his hand off with his service weapon.
Hey trooper, you have a big crack on your windshield impeding your vision.
Cheers, Donnie!
Gets the PIT, gun pointed at him and the first thing he does is to grab his phone? WTF???
I would also tell him to drop the cell phone out the window .
Kids nowadays, all they know is their phones.
Even when at gunpoint by a police officer for committing a felony, they gotta have their phone.
take note...my dad used to say..."There are plenty of stupid people in high school and college too".....this is another proof to that wisdom....
but he should get at least 1/2 a year for messing around with his flipping phone.....and YES...trooper Donnie was seriously pissed off after that kid took off on him....what a savage pit....great stuff.....
Must have been painful giving birth to someone with one hand on the arm on one side and something in the shape of a phone on the other arm.
"Don't move!" Continues to dial his insurance agent...
Arkansas sure has that pit maneuver down pat! Be safe officers!
Can we just take a moment to empathize with the driver in oncoming traffic who was watching all of this unfold right in front of him, probably thinking "Is this the day I die from a stray bullet in a police shootout?"
Also, all things aside, Donnie Cheers is the most cheerful jovial-sounding name I've encountered in a good while, which *clearly* clashes with his driving style. Use this man in a "Don't drink and drive" ad. The jokes write themselves...
They should not be allowed to have their phone when they get out of the car.
Just put it back in the car, and deal with reality of the current situation.
Who did he think he was messing with! Good job trooper!😊
The headrest looks like it keeps turning to look at him!!😂
Bahaha I see it!
Always with the phone... WTF is wrong with people. Here's a thought-- make the punishment for running from police include suspension of ALL rights to internet/social media for at least a year. I don't know how you'd enforce it, but maybe then they'd value other lives and property if their own phone was in danger.
Absolutely nailed the turn at 2:24
Driving mom’s car, underwear hanging out, phone is #1 priority…
bright future for this one.
Sure do like to hear the power of a good engine. 👍 .
The calmness of this guy scares me
You would think a local would know better. Hahahahaha. Outstanding job, as usual, ASP!
Great job trooper! Stay safe out there!
His name is Arch Stanton :)
The full body tattoo tells a story.
What is it with these fools that they get stopped and reach for a cell phone? That stupidity could get You killed.
Probably calling mommy to say her car is now junk
"No pizza rolls for you, young man! And you're grounded for two weeks! And NO X-Box!" Angry mother...
A very nice loud voice from the Officer.
Be Safe Officer Cheers, there seems to be an over abundance of Tupit people with access to cars, drugs, and cell phones.
Most folks have already pointed it out---the stupid phone! It's like people are willing to lay down their life for that stupid device. It's bizarre!
