I persononally don’t like paw patrol, but that’s fine if you like it, this is just my opinion and stance, do not get offense
Also nothing in here is straight facts, take it as you will my opinion

I liked the show in its earlier seasons. It was cute, fun and creative with its writing at times. However as the more seasons go on I feel as if the show is nothing more than just money. Their point is to make new content for the money. Now I understand that shows in general are made for money. But when you introduce new content its good to use that content (if that makes sense). Plus the writing had taken a turn for the worst. Before you would learn something from the show like, look both ways before you cross the road. But now it seems as if the writing has been written by a grade schooler, yes its that bad! Some other things to notice is that characters have been neglected as well. The characters from the sub series are rarely ever seen again (tuck, ella, rex, ect.) And characters that have been there since the very beginning have been neglected. Poor Zuma is so underrated. If you take one thing from my essay is that paw patrol is just money at this point. The people focus more on money than the writing, characters, and story.

i also noticed a problem in paw patrol like that the dont offer much diversity in gender or race like i know that the older cartoons that i watched as a kid did not have much of it too but they were made in a time where a lot of shows were like that. And not adding to the fact that paw patrol does not build there charcters much like okey it can be funny for kids when one of the dogs is clumsy but its not fun when its the only thing going for the character. I do get that its a show for kids so the characters cant be at well built as they could be but they at least give the characters some personlity and not like "oh she really likes a chicken "or "hes bad" and so on
I remember I slightly disliked it as a little kid, mainly because they did the overused trope of cats v dogs with the Mayor Humdinger thing which I was tired of seeing as a kid (I still am tired of it, I hate that damn trope, always have, but maybe I’m biased on that because I’ve always loved cats and I’d always see the cats being the evil ones). I still dislike it, even more now, but mainly because it’s confusing as HELL, I can usually stand bizarre stuff, I usually like bizarre stuff, but I cannot stand this show. My siblings love this unfortunately. Me and one of my brothers hate it.
OK everyone I got to tell you something. I get that shows like the paw patrol or mainly for a little kids but to be honest I am 18 years old and I’m slowly starting to like that show again and I mean the show I mean the movies with movies like the paw patrol the movie and the mighty movie, they have improved on a lot of shit from it from what I’ve seen in the show. Like the only time I will go back to paw patrol is the movies. Especially since I got a puppy last year right after Easter. Just so long as they keep making more movies like that, that’s the only time I’ll get back to it.

It used to be wholesome, but now it’s just a cheap, boring cartoon just to cash in on the millions of merchandise that Spin Master makes.
Few things I hate about the show:
1. Leaving out the new members everytime they're added by having them live with someone else.
2. No purple member (Sweetie doesn't count!)!
3. Shipping ChasexSkye and MarshallxEverest. I hate shipping fictional characters.
4. The collars (except Skye's) don't match the colors they're wearing.
I always had the issue with no purple character, so my OC is.
Plot hole: where are Ryder's parents? Why doesn't he go to school? Whole town and there's no Police or firefighter station?

A few questions I'd like to ask here:
1. What happenes for example if Chase and Marshal swap badges? Will their vehicles still work, or has Ryder put in safeguards to make sure only certain pups can operate certain vehicles?
2. What if Zuma uses a Paw Patrol badge that's not for her? Will she get in trouble if she uses Skye's badge?

Hi I'm a person that doesn't like paw patrol either
1.they keep adding pointless new pups/characters that have the same skills then each other rocky and rubble there the most usless pups that has the same skills too there the most popular rocky can only recycle stuff but he doesn't for some reason and rubble doesn't build stuff so there the less Inportant
2.the sub series are too short there's like 6 episodes of it like Dino rescue for example so it's pointless buying the sub series merch for a ridiculous amount of money there should be like 15 episodes or something like that
3. there's mighty pups and they have mighty pups inside the paw patrol which doesn't make it normal why couldn't they make a mighty pups spin off tv show on its own
4. There's 2 mayor's which is ridiclous mayor humdinger and mayor goodway mayor humdinger doesn't deserve to be a mayor and he's pretty dumb so why is he a mayor plus he only lives in a cave which sucks he doesn't have a town building square but mayor goodway does

And it’s pretty strange how the rest of the animals in the show don’t really talk
Even the villains like the kitties
They don’t talk
When I found the original plot of the show, it seems more interesting than what we got
And then I found out you still like to share when I was five years old
Which is fair enough
Because that was the time I really like dogs and birds
A positive thing I might say about this show is that I really like how in different parts of the show or events
They include a different character, but the same animal
And they are a different breed
Which is kind of cool
Like I said, I wish they introduce new animals besides the dogs & cats
I think Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. step up their games
And interview original shows besides paw patrol who knows maybe new varieties?
With all the nick jr show they saw they teach kids something and they aren't lying but it's so obvious some don't and are just for entertainment Paw patrol is one of them tho it's not hard for a child for be inspired by one of the characters still don't know why nick jr has to put stuff like that but whatever
Kids in my 8th grade class love this show. When we were at the movies there was a paw patrol filled claw machine and when I pointed it out he ran excitedly toward it.

Rant of the Day - Paw Patrol (Nick Jr's cash cow)
Alright folks, buckle up because we're diving into the chaotic world of Paw Patrol, Nickelodeon's cash-grabbing phenomenon that continues to baffle and annoy. Let's dissect why this show falls flat faster than Chase sliding down that twisty slide.
First off, Paw Patrol. Oh boy, where do we start? It's possibly the most bland, ridiculous show Nickelodeon has ever cooked up, yet it's still milking the kids' market dry like there's no tomorrow. The premise? A kid named Ryder somehow manages to run an entire rescue operation with a pack of six dogs. Seriously, how does this kid afford all this gear and where are his parents? Is he running some secret dog-based business on the side? And who lets a 10-year-old take charge of a town's safety? It's beyond absurd.
Let's talk about these pups. Ryder summons them with what looks like a pup-pad, but let's be real, it's probably a shock collar in disguise, zapping these poor dogs into action whenever he pleases. Then they zip up to their lookout tower where Ryder briefs them on the emergency, because apparently, there's always an emergency in Adventure Bay. But before they save the day, Ryder thinks it's cool to make a cartoon about it first, because why not delay an urgent rescue mission for some arts and crafts?
And don't get me started on the characters. Mayor Goodway, the bumbling mayor obsessed with her chicken, Chickaletta, who probably runs the town better than she does. And Cap'n Turbot, the sea captain who miraculously avoids drowning despite being a walking disaster. They're as useless as they come, adding nothing but chaos to an already nonsensical show.
Let's not forget the animation. It's as cheap and bright as a Walmart toy aisle, with backgrounds that look like they were made from recycled plastic. And the educational value? Non-existent. Sure, they claim it teaches teamwork and problem-solving, but all I see are puppies driving vehicles and no real lessons being learned.
And the toys! Oh, the toys. Paw Patrol pumps out more merchandise than a sweatshop in overdrive. They keep adding new characters and vehicles, not for storytelling but to sell more plastic junk to unsuspecting parents. It's capitalism at its finest, folks.
In conclusion, Paw Patrol is a mind-numbing, profit-driven mess that masquerades as children's entertainment. It's devoid of logic, meaningful lessons, or any semblance of quality. Nickelodeon, please, for the love of sanity, give us something better than this endless parade of doggie disasters.
And that's my rant on Paw Patrol. Thanks for listening, now excuse me while I go chase my sanity down the twisty slide of despair that this show has left me on.

6:25 it's a high chance for me for amazing world of gumball, because when I turn on my TV and watch cartoon network, it's amazing world of gumball, then next is teen titans go.
Your criticisms of the show are more valid from mid season 5 onward. There are episodes from the earlier seasons especially in the Sea Patrol subseries that were great. In its most basic form I have come to the conclusion that Paw Patrol is an action-adventure type show for children. Ever since season 1 there has been a noticeable shift from more grounded and emergency services related stories to more fantastical adventures. I personally enjoyed the more adventurous format from Mighty Pups and Sea Patrol. Around the time this video was posted Nick Jr. would have been airing season 5 and season 6 episodes as well as new season 7 episodes. I think you would probably enjoy some of the earlier seasons more than the later ones.
Although, I can't imagine anyone above Paw Patrol's targeted age group actively watching the show. (Unless you are me)

It isn't really annoying because of the theme song, hopefully you haven't heard Little Einstiens and Puppy Dog Pals. Also, the dogs you mentioned are important, just not needed as much because the job is not as common. Again, it is a little kid show. I watch it because it makes me feel happy and positive. Also, agree with the money thing...and the random idea thing. But again, it is a kid show. It is cartoon logic. A question which will remain unanswered. The show doesn't _have_ to make sense, Everest (she rules along with rocky) is purple.
Okay, so it isnt educational but it teaches friendship and teamwork. Also, the mayors are stupid but *its for kids* but anyway the show could teach what to do in an emergency but you should be able to teach kids that yourself, not rely on PAW PATROL.
They don't lock the evil Mayor because the people of his twin are probably brain washed.

4. They have their own isle in walamrt (so do the lol dolls and the fnaf)
It's not a bad show. It's just that i don't like it being a cash cow, same with SpongeBob, The Loud House, etc.
