Based in West Wales, I'm an aerial hoop instructor currently studying for my L2 Gym instructor qualification with a new passion for callisthenics. Can't find a callisthenics qualification out there though - do you know of any?
I don’t think there are any in the UK. I have a Calisthenics Evolution Plan E-Book on my website that will teach you a lot of Calisthenics beginner to advanced progressions you can use with yourself and clients. Learning the a variety skills yourself really helps. Some gymnastics centres have adult sessions which are great for learning Calisthenics also.
Heya, I did your 30mins shoulders and back dumbbell workout and then finished off with this quick abs at home workout. I felt so much better now. I had severe allergic rhinitis for two weeks and this is my first workout. Thank you so much Tom Peto these are simple and yet very effective abs workout. Man, these workouts are great. My bro science brain didn’t think highly of callisthenics. I am taking a break from barbell as i realised that I do not have full control of my body and it’s annoying 😂 Thanks again sir

U.S.A. utah, crunch tuck was the hardest. I’m suffering with weight lifter shoulder so I was looking for an alternative. These workouts are great

I’m from Belgium. Great workout! My lower back tends to arch, do do you have suggestions which muscles to strengthen? I have a bad posture as well
Transverse abs strengthened with deadbug exercise or just modifying these exercises by bending legs more or having a legs in a more upright position.
