Thanks for the video. I love my Dremel driver and am trying everything to keep it going. I’ve done the battery swap twice because the charger wont keep charging longer the 1 min. did you have any trouble getting the charger to work after changing the batteries?

No it still works. Have you ever measured whether the charger is energizing? Check if there is an error in the battery connection.

@@doityourself8997 the charger reads 8.2v for about 1 min. then dissipates to 0. all my connections are good. I've called Dremel and the Battery store, no solutions provided. I have been lifting the drill off the charger after the light goes out and setting it back restarting the 1 min. charging cycle over and over until charged. This seams my only option.

​@@terrysanchez3880same issue with a cameron-sino premade replacement. if the driver is fully seated the charger light turns off immediately. the stylus rotary tool that came with it also needed a swap but i haven't tried charging it yet...

Sorry, you can't find it. Have you tried cleaning it with an oil-free contact spray?

Hello. International battery sales may have shipping issues. So it will be better if you can get it from local dealers. Battery model number: 18650. Example brands: Sony vtc6 , Lg hg2, Panasonic NCR18650, SAMSUNG INR18650-30Q etc.

Bought it from local battery vendors. The battery I use is Sony VTC5A. If you can't find this battery; SONY VTC6, LG HG2, Samsung ICR18650-26J etc. you can take. You should pay attention to the original batteries. In Ali Express, they are mostly fake. The general model of the battery is 18650.
