Before Rei sang this song, she said that this song is dedicated to their beloved planet, Earth. Although it is never mentioned, I like to believe that she was influenced by his music and wanted to make a song that shares the similar theme.

Yes, i agree with you. Sailor Moon's 90's anime was a lot better than Crystal just because they created personalities in every character, you feel their emotions, Reí, Mina, Lita and Amy had dreams like any teenager girl... So you can feel them like if they were real... In Crystal, you can see a Silver Millenium story and senshis but nothing else... Is good but not good enough...

Pretty sure you spelt Rei wrong and this version of the song is for the sub not dub so their names are Usagi, Rei, Makoto, Minako and Ami. Also considering its originally Japanese you correcting Ami’s name is just plain disrespectful.
