So by logic - raj bina nahin dharam chale hain is a false statement. It is not possible to have raj if you don't have a more superior understanding of dharam compared to the ones who you are governing or doing raj over. So the correct statement is - "Dharam bina nahin raaj chale hain, Dharam bina sab dale male hain"
