Start your round IN the same stitch as the chain, then do the whole set of directions the number of times mentioned. So, "rnd.4/ (dc 2, dc inc) *12 MEANS - For round 4 do (DC in one stitch, DC in the next stitch, 2 DC in the next stitch) then repeat all those 12 times. Hope that helps.
