Take a look at some of the bags that drummers use to hold their drumsticks. There are some nice ones that would probably hold the antenna and a few other accessories. They have a liner and zip closed.
If the sticker comes off, you can probably hit it with a file to make some marks that help... but by the time you do wear it off, you'll be a pro at setting it up anyway!
great back packing antenna . I got a Carhart zipper bad that I use for DX commander antenna parts and stuff . one of them small zipper tool bags from Milwaukee or DeWalt would work . I would go the the camping section at Wal-Mart and find a light wight carry bag. most water proof. 73's
So this look s like a great 818 or 817 pota addition. What's the antenna power output limit? Just curious. I like this system. Looks small enough to mount directly on the back of a radio with a 90 degree connector? Thoughts?
About 130w claimed. If the SO-239 on the back is BOLTED to the chassis, I'd be more tempted to try that. If its not, or if its BNC - NO WAY!!! Its not that heavy, but it would have minor wind load/torque and would be a "lever" on impact/stupid TO movement.

Take a look at the Maxpedition Cocoon pouches, that's what I use for my AX1 antenna.

I use a sling style backpack to carry my Gabil antenna and tripod. It works well.

How about use some left over packing foam to slip the pointy bits so they don't puncture your bag? And bundle together with Velcro strap.

About 130w. I'd pay attention on Digital and of course never slide coil under high power.
460€ for the sole antenna (I.e., excluding the 250€ for the tripod) is way too much for my budget.
