I'm so glad he pointed out her look in this music video, I think it's one of the best ones out of the entire movie set, I think the orange and black with the green trees in the background is such a beautiful landscape
dw i hate eye stuff too the other day i had something under my eyelid, tried to pull it out and thought i had pulled a nerve out my eye 💀 had a full blown panic attack then realised it was just an eyelash that had rolled under my eye lol. Also i dont think theres a specific meaning to the orange, just that its a pretty juicy fruit (lol) so when you chew it it literally turns into juice so its good for the throwing up metaphor
I'm not sure if oranges specifically are symbolic, but it is a really good metaphor for what happens with eating disorders you turn oranges (food) into oranges juice (puke/food when it's been liquefied) then from there, you spit it out of you (vomit it up)

about the orange question, oranges are somewhat of a safe food because they are low in calories and it makes it easy to throw up because of the acids
