- 1969 French made moped. It had been left to rot for years. our moped, which is beautiful and rare enough to deserve a chance. It has become better than its old days. All the rust on it was cleaned, the cracks were repaired. dents fixed. The worn-out paint was scraped off and turned a bright color again. All the problems in the engine were determined one by one and the bearings, seals and gaskets that needed to be changed were changed. Let's get lost in this adventure together...
These mopeds where very popular here in the Netherlands. Some years ago i visited the former factory in St. Quintin, France. It was a kind of pilgrimage. Motobecane also made great bicycles and even motorcycles. Sad that the company does not exist anymore.

First stage completed. There will probably be several of them, because the frame rusted too much. I wonder if it will be a reconstruction, i.e. welding fragments or pipes? As usual, repairs are presented professionally and in detail, congratulations 👌.
Today I started winding Brushless Hybrid Fast - Rotation Motor cores. Such a tiny engine that I use for basic tests in the budget version.

(this small motor emits current interpreted by the sine function as a generator, it took some time before I found the right winding system that allows synchronous drive of the rotor in four steps per revolution 😀)

Cest quoi les cristaux qui sont mis pour enlever la rouille ? Cristaux de soude et vinaigre ?
J'ai utilisé de l'acide citrique pour éliminer la rouille, que l'on trouve également sous forme de sel de citron. Le shirke élimine également la rouille, mais vous pouvez ajuster l'intensité du sel de citron en fonction de la gravité de la rouille.
What was the thing that you cleaned the rims with? I have a same one but red and the rims are completly rusty
Hello, I do the first pre-cleaning of the oils on the wheel centre with diesel fuel or kerosene. then I clean the other stereotyped dirt on it with a wire brush without scratching it. finally, I polish it with polishing. you can prevent blackening by spraying varnish on polishing.

Pourquoi utiliser du wd40 il a largement bien mieux comme degrippant c’est de l’eau grasse riens de plus 😢😢
Nous n'avons pas besoin d'utiliser du wd 40 ou un antirouille similaire. En général, leur ingrédient principal est le kérosène. Le kérosène peut être utilisé à l'aide d'une seringue, c'est encore plus efficace. Côté praticité, j'ai préféré le dérouillant sous forme de bidon sous pression. Dans certains cas, même le dégrippant ne suffit pas, il peut être nécessaire d'utiliser un décapeur thermique. Merci pour votre attention.

Travail brutal ,on n,utilise pas une cle a cliquet pour forcer sur un filetage grippé.ou alors visser et devisser doucement .pour moi le montage des jantes est faux ,d,autres gars vont couper les rayons a la meuleuse sans prrndre de notes pour le remontage ect ect maìvais exemple
Merci d'avoir pris le temps d'exprimer vos pensées. Ces clés sont suffisamment solides pour retirer des boulons de cette taille, même s'ils sont soudés. Le montage de la jante n'est pas erroné, vous pouvez le voir sur la vidéo. De plus, il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre des notes, une photo d'une jante suffira pour le montage des arbres. Ces roues ont une méthode de connexion générale, ce n'est pas quelque chose de très variable. Je ne pense pas que quelqu'un qui a un outil de coupe à la main et qui s'intéresse à ces questions fera partie des personnes qui agiront soudainement comme vous le décrivez. Car il est certain qu'il y a quelqu'un qui s'y connait un peu en affaires.
